Countdown to Sacrifice Match #1 - Knockouts Match: Lady Frost d. Gisele Shaw via pin at 6:04 with the Frostbite.
Countdown to Sacrifice Match #2 - Tag Team Match: Rich Swann & Willie Mack d. The OGK(Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) via pin at 7:45 after Swann caught Bennett with a sunset flip.
1. Impact X-Division Championship Match: Trey Miguel d. Jake Something via pin at 11:03 with the Meteora while Jake was dangling from the 2nd rope, to retain the Impact X-Division Championship!
~ Backstage, Gia Miller is with Tasha Steelz. Tasha basically trash talks Impact Knockouts World Champion Mickie James, saying that she's gonna take her to Pettyville, & become the new Knockouts World Champion!
2. Grudge Match: Eddie Edwards d. Rhino via pin at 8:44 when, during a ringside brawl between Honor No More & Team Impact, which distracted the ref, Steve Maclin came down & hit Edwards with a DDT...before hitting Rhino with the kendo stick...Edwards then hit Rhino with the Boston Knee Party for the pin.
~ Before the next match, The Influence tells Kaleb with a K that after everything that's happened, they're making him stay backstage.
3. Impact Knockouts World Tag team Championships Match: The Influence(Tenille Dashwood & Madison Rayne) d. The IInspiration(Cassie Lee & Jessie McKay) via pin at 10:30 after Kaleb with a K slid one of the title belts into the ring, with Tenille getting it & hitting Lee in the head with it, for the pin, making them the new Impact Knockouts World Tag Team Champions!
~ Backstage, Heath & Rhino talk about what Maclin did earlier. Heath also brings up how he's not that confident that he can beat Moose. Anthony Carelli, of all people, shows up to give Heath a pep talk & fires the #1 Contender up.
~ When we get back to ringside, Brian Myers, once again, has his own commentary table set up. But, W. Morrissey comes out to get him. Security eventually comes out to stop him. That allows Myers to get away, but unfortunately for one of the security guards, Morrissey takes his anger out on him & sends him through the table with the BQE!
4. Singles Match: JONAH d. PCO via pin at 11:30 with the Tsunami to the back of the head & upper back of PCO.
~ After the match, medical staff comes out to help PCO, but of course...he doesn't want their help.
~ Backstage, Gia is with Jay White. She brings up the fact that Alex Shelley is one of his mentors. White says that Shelley has no idea what he's become.
5. Singles Match: Jay White d. Alex Shelley via pin at 18:45 with the Blade Runner.
~ After the match, the fans, as well as Tom Hannifan & Matthew Rehwoldt, give them a standing ovation. Shelley offers White his hand for a handshake, but White just grins & leaves the ring.
~ Backstage, Eric Young tells The Good Brothers how Violent By Design were standing in the shadows & plotting.
~ Back in the ring, the ROH Women's World Champion & AAA Reinas de Reinas Champion, Deonna Purrazzo, comes out for her Champ Champ Challenge. The challenge is answered by a former Impact Knockouts World Champion, Chelsea Green! Green chooses to go after the ROH Women's World Championship!
6. Champ Champ Challenge for the ROH Women's World Championship: Deonna Purrazzo d. Chelsea Green via ref stoppage at 8:18 after Deonna injured Chelsea's left arm, & the ref decided that Green was in no condition to continue & stopped the match, awarding it to Purrazzo.
~ Right before the ref called off the match, Deonna went to check on her friend...but, Green shoved her away, which caused Deonna to attack her & go after the injured arm. Mickie James ran down & chased Deonna away. As Mickie was checking on her, the #1 Contender for the Impact Knockouts World Championship, Tasha Steelz, came down for the next match.
7. Impact Knockouts World Championship Match: Tasha Steelz d. Mickie James via pin at 14:06 after Mickie jumped off the top rope, & Tasha caught her out of mid-air with the Cutter, to become the new Impact Knockouts World Champion!
8. Impact World Tag Team Championships Match: Violent By Design(Eric Young & Joe Doering) d. The Good Brothers(Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows) via pin at 11:44 after they hit Anderson with a Sitout Powerbomb/Neckbreaker combo & Doering pinned him, to become the new Impact World Tag team Champions!
~ Before the next match, we see that Anthony Carelli has joined commentary for our main event!
9. Impact World Championship Match: Moose d. Heath via pin at 12:09 with the Lights Out Spear, to retain the Impact World Championship!
~ After the match, Josh Alexander, who hasn't been seen in weeks, returned & laid out Moose! He mentions Scott D'Amore suspending him, & while he doesn't agree with the reasons Scott did it, he did enjoy spending time with his family & recharging his batteries. He also mentions that his home isn't too far from the Anthem Offices, & after some negotiations, he not only re-signed with Impact Wrestling to a multi-year contract, but...he also got a match with Moose for the Impact World Championship at Rebellion! He finishes by saying that they're looking at the next Impact World Champion! That's how we end Sacrifice!
