Kevin Kelly mentioned during the Main Event that Wrestlers in The Dojo would take metal pipes and whack themselves in the neck with it to strengthen and toughen it.

I'd put today's Main Event up there with Okada/Despy

I'd put today's Main Event up there with Okada/Despy Me too. Action wise this one is better, but Okada/Despy has a better story so I'll give it the edge, but it's a hair's width of difference.

Cima making it to the third round will be awesome. Hiromu and Suzuki should be certifiably insane.

I’m leaning upset for Henare vs Sanada. They seem to be building Henare’s rampage tackle finish, as well as sets up a good US title feud.
Other than that Takahashi vs Suzuki should be insane, and may have NJPW start to pull the trigger on heavyweight Hiromu.

If he doesn’t have a showing in the cup, I will have to question the wisdom of having him exchanging stables for him to just be a fall guy again.

Right, so having him beat SANADA and get a title shot would at least be something. I do not think he'd beat SANADA, who I honestly think probably drops the title to Jeff Cobb at some point, but for now, it'd at least give Henare a taste and help make up for him being a non-entity for a while.

Henare does need a big win to show he's more than just a fall guy in UE, I think he will beat Sanada and get a title shot at Hyper Battle
