For real though, I've always wanted a Sega CDX. Such a neat looking system. But it's f***ing expensive and given the only Sega CD games I'd likely play would be Sonic CD or Earthworm Jim Special Edition, it's not worth that.

I've told this story before, but my parents got me a Sega CD, but didn't know you needed a Genesis to use. So when I opened it, I couldn't use it. So we all went out and found a KB Toys and got me a Genesis too.
It came with Sewer Sharks which I found pretty fun as a kid. I got Final Fight CD, but I can't remember if I got any other CD games. Most games I remember were Genesis cartridges.

What, are you waiting for Nintendo to make one? I mean, yeah, if they can get their act together and hopefully not make any deals with Philips.

One of the biggest mistakes Nintendo ever made was suddenly backing out of the CD-based platform it was making with Sony. One that was codenamed "Play Station."

I'm one of the 7 people worldwide who fell for the Sega 32X drive thing in the mid 1990s. I still have it, but don't know if it still works.

I had one. But it was after TRU dropped the price down to 20 bucks. By the time the Sega CD came out I was working so bought one the day it came out. Somewhere I got a model 1 Sega CD put up.

I had a JVC X’Eye (3rd party combo Genesis/Ssga Cd). I really liked it. One of my favorite Sega CD games was Dungeon Explorer.
And I also had a 32X. Couldn’t get it to work all that well.

I don't have a Sega CD technically, but I do have a Victor Wondermega, a third party one made by JVC.

One of the biggest mistakes Nintendo ever made was suddenly backing out of the CD-based platform it was making with Sony. One that was codenamed "Play Station." From what I remember. Yes and no. Yes, Sony used it to make a new competitor in the market... but no in the fact that Sony wanted like some crazy contract for it... something that like basically gave Sony all the money.

I didn’t even own a Mega Drive until I was like 25, now I have 2. Growing up in a small town the local video store didn’t carry any Mega CD stuff, they only had NES, SNES and Mega Drive, so I never even got a chance to rent on. To this day I’ve only ever played Mega CD games via emulation, although I would love to get my hands on one. Preferably model 1

I had a Sega CD. My favorite game on it was its port of Mortal Kombat, which I thought was the best non-PC home port of the game. I also had the 32X. I liked its port of Mortal Kombat II.

Never had the Sega CD but had a 32X and Game Gear. I only own 5 games for my 32X. Virtual Fighter, Virtual Racing, BC Racing, Toughman Boxing and Knuckles Chaotix. Im surprised SEGA never rereleased Knuckles Chaotix before since their always re-releasing every sonic game from that era.
