The fact the WWE of all companies are prudish about implants and swore her to secrecy is ridiculous. They didn't pressure her to get them, she had them before the company, so her getting injured was just part of the risks of the job.

I'm wondering if the secrecy was due to not wanting to acknowledge/normalize that such issues happen with implants, for fear future talent opt of getting them.
