Wonder if Jacksonville is looking nice to Strong here lately? I thought they said something abut Strong going off to challenge Ilya? That would make sense if they plan to bring him over the usual NXT UK one match showcase at some point. I mean, if you look at the other members that have gone to AEW, none of them have really moved up the card or are doing any differently. If anything, despite just being #1 contender, Cole has moved down the card in terms of focus. Roddy's getting more exposure here, even on the losing end of a match, than he got as a member of UE, so I'm sure he's happy enough.

He's still feuding with Hangman and is in the title program and they're doing this whole "I'm going to make your life a living hell" storyline which I guess is going to lead to Hangman giving him another shot where I wouldn't surprised at all if Cole beats him. I don't see how he's getting more exposure then was in UE. In UE he was the #2 behind Cole as he was the second single guy and North American Champion and had feuds/storylines. In Diamond Mine he's probably the least pushed part of it as the Creeds have definitely become the centerpiece of it now both from a push and focus standpoint and Ivy is still undefeated. Roddy just usually loses to guys they want to push and has become kind of a coach for the group basically taking Hachiman's old role except only he wrestles and like actually does stuff sometimes.

IF Gigi is injured... why not let Kai and Choo get the tag title shot at a later date when Gigi is okay to compete? Or strip Toxic A of the belts and let KLR and Io face Kai and Choo for em with Kick-Sleep winning em there. Io and KLR could have been inserted into the match via screwjob. And then the tag title eventually either way has a story to it. Kai and Choo have to prove they aren't weak links to Toxic A or prove they can beat KLR and Io without assist in rematch. Well, if that’s the case, then at least it doesn’t seem too serious, otherwise they’d be getting the tag belts off of her and Jayne right the f*** now or actively writing her out. They probably would've just made the Dusty Cup for the Tag Titles if it was serious I'm guessing. She's also still on TV every week. I'm guessing it might be a concussion which are tricky things. Could be minor or could be serious. Looking at the Level Up spoilers they didn't wrestle and her last match was over a month ago. If she suffered a concussion in that match then it is kind of concerning as that was a while ago. Even if GiGi was healthy, I very much doubt that Io/KLR were going to face Toxic Attraction for the tag titles at Stand & Deliver. These "Takeovers" have always had 6 matches maximum and they've already met that quota with GUNTHER vs LA Knight being added. So, if Io/KLR were going to work Stand & Deliver, I felt that them being added to the Cora vs Mandy match was the plan all along(especially with how weak the original match looked by "Takeover" standards) Plus, if GiGi was hurt, they could've waited until she was healed up and cleared much like they did last year when Wes Lee got injured and they waited until he was cleared to do the tag title match(Last year Wes Lee got injured in the finals of the Dusty Cup, hence why they ran the injury angle with GYV only for Danny Burch to get seriously injured resulting in the titles getting vacated and us getting the triple threat tag match at Stand & Deliver instead).
