Here are my Raw Thoughts:
Technically, Randy Orton 's main roster debut was taped on 4/23/02, but aired on 4/25/02 on Smackdown, but itâs still cool that he got this celebration. Amazing video package as always by WWE 's Production Team. It sucks they can't show who Randy Orton beat to become the Youngest World Heavyweight Champion. I didn't think I would ever see a Legacy Reunion with Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton again. The 8-Man Tag was the 1st time that they teamed up since they & Ted DiBiase lost to Evan Bourne, Kofi Kingston, & Yoshi Tatsu on Raw on February 22, 2010. I loved everything about the opening segment to set-up the 8-Man Tag. No one wants to see Kane after his stupid comments today. I had a feeling that there would be shenanigans during Bianca Belair VS Sonya Deville. I donât get why Carmella & Queen Zelina were together as they broke up before Carmella went on her Wedding break. The match was really stupid, with Deville restarting it. They do that all the time. OK now it makes sense why Carmella & Zelina helped Sonya Deville. For once, WWE explained a hole in the logic. Awesome Edge promo. Love the continuity of AJ Stylesâ Shoulder injury being the same one that Edge injured in the Rumble. I don't mind them doing Finn Balor VS Damian Priest tonight though we have seen it before. Another week & another Enhancement Match for Veer Mahaan. Is Sam Smothers related to the late Tracy Smothers, who's from Tennessee? I guess @localcompwwe will let us know later. This is getting boring already. I hate Arm Wrestling segments, so I wasn't even paying attention to what happened between Bobby Lashley & Omos. I was working on my records even though I don't post them live any more. Dana Brooke & Reggie VS Tamina & Akira Tozawa was a nothing match, but R-Truth was funny as the Special Referee. I also laughed at the segment before the match with Truth and afterwards with Truth trying to count his own pin to win the 24/7 Title. Becky Lynchâs promo was good. I wasnât surprised by Asukaâs return, since I read that she was coming back this weekend. I can't wait to see them wrestle, as they have had 3 classic matches in the past. I didnât pay attention to The Street Profitsâ promo since I donât like them. I only like them when they wrestle. Cool, Edge & Damian Priestâs group now has a name, Judgement Day, making it the 1st Faction in WWE to be named after a PPV. Finn Balor VS Damian Priest was pretty good, as was their previous 3 matches, but I didn't like Balor being distracted by Edge. He's a former Champion who shouldn't get distracted like that. I like The Miz & Austin Theory together. They should become a Tag Team. I am so happy that Mustafa Ali is back. I hope whatever issues he had with the higher-ups were worked out. Again, I wasn't shocked thanks to my subscription to Fightful Select. Interesting they brought up real issues. Mustafa Ali VS The Miz was an excellent match & a perfect way for Ali to return to WWE. I hope he's happy. Wow, I wasn't expecting Ciampa, who lost his first name & became a heel at the same time to attack Ali. Thankfully, I won't have to move him in my Records. But Ali VS Ciampa will be an awesome feud. Good promo by Rhea Ripley. Fun brawl with her & Liv Morgan. Hilarious segment with Kevin Owens, Chad Gable, Otis, & Seth Rollins. At least they brought up what happened last week instead of having them just team up for no reason. Good pep talk by The Usos. Good promo by MVP, but Omos should not do promos. That's why he's with MVP. WrestleMania Backlash will be an easy PPV Preview to do, since almost every match is a rematch from WrestleMania. The 8-Man Tag was a fun main event. I loved all of the RKOs at the end, which was a fitting way to end Ortonâs 20th Anniversary Celebration. Overall, besides the Womenâs Title Match, Veerâs Squash, the Mixed Tag, & the Arm Wrestling Match, I loved Raw. With Asuka & Aliâs returns, it felt more like a Post-WrestleMania Raw than the one that we had a few weeks ago.

I donât think anybody had that specific quartet winning a televised WWE match at any point of 2022. We didnât know Ezekiel even existed until like a month ago, so it would have been hard to predict! (That, and also that one of them was still an EVP in AEW as late as February)

I'd be happier if I didn't feel the oncoming dread of the Usos winning both belts and killing me again But look on the bright side after they win they can feud with and potentially drop the titles to Sheamus and Friends! Sheamus and Holland could beat the Usos to win the tag titles and then Babyface Butch could be the one to end Roman's World Title reign! Crap who the hell am I getting we're getting Usos-New Day round one billion. Usos winning is bad enough but knowing where it's leading makes it even worse. WWE: Same ol S**t Now, Then, and Foever.

Lol Ali dropping the Vince âMONDAY NIGHT RAWWWWWWWWWWWWâ call, and calls his shot at Theory and the US Title while completely ignoring Ciampa.

Lol Ali dropping the Vince âMONDAY NIGHT RAWWWWWWWWWWWWâ call, and calls his shot at Theory and the US Title while completely ignoring Ciampa. I mean... WWE themselves almost completely ignored Ciampa in that segment.
