I hope people don't think I enjoy crapping on Judgment Day btw, I don't I like spooky cult groups, House of Black does it for me, but this ain't it. Edge is great, Damien is great in the right situation, Rhea could be a star if allowed... but this shit is so terrible The crowd was booing for a bit and then they just kinda deflated. It's the same cookie cutter shit, and when you're coming out here with ambient lighting and spooky vampirey goth shit, and immediately breaking that immersion by constantly insulting the fans, calling them losers, slobs, referencing people at airports selling your autographs and "I'm the reason your favorite tag team broke up lol", you could hear the crowd just reacting less and less, because they just seem actively confused about what they're trying to go for Rhea getting "WHAT"d to hell was terrible... this whole idea so far has been terrible, I'm not exactly blaming Edge either, it feels like his idea for what the faction should be stops at his entrance, and his promos are what Vince thinks they should do... and it doesn't work. There's a reason Taker dropped his deadman gimmick when he did this kind of heat as Biker Taker... it doesn't fit. I actively enjoy crapping on them. It's very fun. I even do it from my Mountain of Omnipotence. Oh I also enjoy crapping on them for how shit this actively is, but I'm also of the mind where "I WANT to like them, but this shit isn't working, and the crowds actively dying out there" |

IDK the crowds seem pretty hot for Judgment Day promos, even quieter crowds are popping big for their promos. It's cheap heat and it's nonsensical and their characters are complete messes all over the place, but the crowds don't seem confused about them.
