Not really a speedrun, but I do like self imposed challenges.
Recently played Bully and decided to play the game using the fewest amount of days possible, while also maintaining perfect attendance and not getting in trouble for anything else. Also, trying to maintain 100% accuracy on everything.
Unfortunately while I was able to keep my attendance perfect, getting all the way to Chapter 5 without repeating a class, the accuracy is impossible since the game has you do certain tasks that don't register in your stats.
I did do a 101% speedrun of the original Donkey Kong Country after Cranky gloated at the end of the game that he beat it under an hour and got everything. I was able to beat it in 54 minutes in it's entirety. I was disappointed there wasn't anything you unlock for doing so.
I do love sequence breaking. I never much cared for LOZ: Ocarina of Time, I think because I always hated started the game at the Great Deku Tree, but once I learned about Navi Dive, Infinite Sword glitch and assigning the bottle on the B button where you can restart the game with something like the hammer on the B button...it makes the game MUCH more interesting.

I could never do speedrunning beyond in-game challenges in a game I really enjoy like earning the cheats in Goldeneye.
But I do casually watch some speedruns, and will tune into some GDQ twice a year if something I really like aligns with my schedule.
