Wow... I thought I had seen Will Trent had been renewed awhile back. Good to know it's official though... I enjoy that show.

Fox has renewed 9-1-1: Lone Star, starring Rob Lowe, for a fifth season. It will be the only 9-1-1 series on the network next season as flagship 9-1-1 is not being renewed. (It is expected to move to ABC.) -Deadline
wow. I am bracing myself for my timeline to melt down in 5...4...3...

We may be seeing more reality and competition shows and imports than usual (Plus more live sports OTA, especially if the strike lasts as long as the 2007-8 strike. We could see ABC air some early season NHL/Preseason NBA and Fox airing some more playoff games OTA). Plus it might be a chance for a English-Dubbed Japanese anime to air on a OTA broadcast network in prime time.

Reactionary move should the strike go beyond 3 months

I'm honestly surprised that show has had 3 seasons.

I'm honestly surprised that show has had 3 seasons. Guess for those who wanted Ken to be sole Jeopardy! host, you might be disappointed.

Seeing how the MTVMA were handled, coupled with the above...this reminds me of the speculation/reality of how TV would run 3 years ago. And you can understand how that makes me feel uneasy to relive that. My mind being somewhere in the middle, of course I want writers to get what they deserve. But I also don't want good programs and movies to suffer. It happened last time.

I mean, easy solution is to pay the writers. If you don't want good programs and movies to suffer, pay the people who contribute to them so that they aren't living off benefits or worried about healthcare.
