Congratulations on 25 years of mediocrity, Michael! I wouldn’t says it been 25 years of mediocrity in fairness. We have seen with someone other than vince in his ear he’s a good commentator. His stuff with taz during the heyman era Smackdown was really good and the first NXT uk tournament in blackpool there was a massive difference for the better.

Trying to upstage The Queen and her Jubilee with Michael Cole.
Typical WWE.

Can't believe it's been 25 years. Ah well, congrats I guess.

I was talkin' to Cole in the back and I said, "Listen. You've been on commentary for 25 years, that's an amazing accomplishment. But I know you're really out there to, well, make an impact."

In all his 25 years in this business, he has never seen a 25th year anniversary!

"Are you ready to enter hell?"
I enjoyed Cole's commentary during the early 2000's. He was the voice of my Saturday mornings for a long time and really, his pairing with Taz was fun.
Him in full on shill mode whilst I watching in 2012-2013 made for awful viewing, however. Mind you, commentary in general started to suck around that time, it didn't matter who was at the desk.
Regardless, 25 years is amazing. Congratulations, Cole.

If Vinny Mac, the wacky face announcer was announcing today, he would be Michael Cole.

I enjoyed his work with Taz during the first brand split, but that's about it.

One of the hardest working people in WWE.
I think he can be good sometimes, but admittedly, a lot of what he does ends up being him doing the best with what are really odd directives. It's a bit like a guy building the best possible boat out of animal crackers.

Dude gets a bad rap most of the time because of what he's being told to accomplish out there. When he's left a bit more to his own devices, he's good to great

I thought he actively added to Daniel Bryan's moment at Mania 30 in a way that JR in his prime added to moments.

I can still hear him shouting "Come on. Eddie, COME ON, EDDIE!" as Guerrero climbed the ropes for the frog splash.

A lesser man would’ve called it quits after that unfortunate encounter with Heidenreich. Congrats, Maggle.

His best moment was "anal bleeding", followed by Foley's title win on RAW and his heel run on WWECW.

I'll always have a soft spot for Cole (and Tazz, for that matter) because Smackdown in '02-'03 was my favourite time to watch wrestling.
Plus his call when Eddie won the title was just outstanding stuff.
