Adam Cole’s facial expressions after Jay White told he’s not getting a shot at the title either is worthy of at least a 7. Then a banger with Ospreay and Dax put it at 9, and Mox’s promo, the main event, and El Desperado appearing put it at 10.
10 out of 10, easily.

I'll say this : as much as the action was very solid, I can't wait for the Forbidden Door show to be done with, because right now, as a non-NJPW watcher, the more they're trying to sell me on it, the less it's working - the build is too messy, too rough, too "let's go on this inorganic tangent to get all those new people on screen ASAP, namedrop the others, and if the rest of the program gets a bit messy, oh well, whatever".
Tony's attention feels like it's getting stretched too thin, and it's starting to show (the Wardlow segment was a pointless mess, and the involvement of the MMA guys, including Matt Hughes who can barely walk, just felt and looked like a last-minute decision).

Despite a few rough parts I went 9/10, mostly due to the Dax Vs Ospreay match being so good. Maybe a bit charitable because despite all the njpw appearances it felt the most aew show in a while, even the bad parts were typical aew.
