A few years back he was selling signed 8x10s on eBay for $100 a pop. Said 8x10s were captioned "BRIMSTONE: WWF SUPERSTAR™", because being in the background of a shot on Tough Enough for about three seconds is apparently enough to make you a WWF Superstar™ in Brimstone's world. He probably preys on the non wrestling fans like family members of wrestling fans who will buy items for their family. He probably does local walmart signings like Vladimir Kolkoff did years ago. I know someone that has been friends with him since high school. He seems to 100% believe his own hype... Which is of course hilarious because his hype is entirely fictional...

You should get your friend on here. I've been addicted to watching random youtube/facebook video folks the last week, Brimstone should do that, the video thing-might make him really more famous.

Douglas has sometimes been a knob about some stuff, like quite a bit of one, but yeah, if he did get Brimstone dropped from something and it's not just Brimstone lying, it could just be that Shane outed him as not being anybody of value, if Brimstone had managed to hoodwink a promoter. There are a lot of honestly fairly valid reasons someone could cost him a booking depending on Brimstone's behavior.
I say all of this, but admit, it's a good thing I am not Tony Khan, because I would absolutely book him on a random AEW Dark for my own amusement, probably losing in a tag match so there's at least someone present who can cover for him when he likely can't/won't do much.

Brimstone’s wiki and false hype never gets old good for a laugh at least once a year.

Brimstone's entire tale feels like something that would only exist in some twisted parody...and yet it's real. Quite the world we live in!

This is really sort of odd... The above user's first post on FAN was about Brimstone. Half his total posts have been about Brimstone. Now he's shilling the hell out of a channel with almost no subscribers that's shilling Brimstone, years after everyone else quit caring. Either Brimstone's desperate for publicity, or (more likely, given that Brimstone always worked hard to make himself look good on the surface) this guy is some kind of internet weirdo obsessed with Brimstone of all people. You hit the nail on the head- I am genuinely LOL addicted to Brimstone, I don't know that it's odd. I lurked here the past couple of years but it's my old account here that I discovered him in all his custom glory like 6 years ago- and had him confined to the storage space of my mind until he started posting on the ACW YouTube page. So I came back just to share this since the community here used to revel in the grandiose claims of the Brim. For you to imply that I'm somehow in cahoots with a piece of garbage like fraudster Brimstone just because I posted stuff I had incredulous responses to, seems like kind of a stretch- but, uh, think what you want! I will never stop laughing at this guy and I make no apologies for it.

Okay, so one of those videos said Brimstone was supposed to make a comeback in 2021, but "'politics' reared it's ugly head" and his return was blocked by "Franchise Douglas". Now, assuming this person is talking about who I think they're talking about... Who the f*** is name-dropping Shane Douglas in 2022!? And what show is he working on that he somehow has the power to prevent someone from getting booked? So, I only discovered the glorious Brimstone Fan Club channel via an indie West Virginia start-up fed called ACW has. (If people want to suggest I'm either a Brimstone employee and/or Max Landis, go for it. I'm not. I'd post more except I work at a hospital and have been fatigued from 14 hour shifts. To the bald guy who suggested I need therapy yet has a post in his sig directing people to his poetry website- damn man, I can't make you up.) Anyway, Brimstone Fan and their sock puppets or friends kept posting that "the fans" of ACW were demanding Brimstone to make his comeback there. Shane Douglas is their booker presumably, so the blame fell on Shane Douglas. If you watch their videos, I'm under the impression the audience is made up of staff and talent due to Covid concerns, but that's just a theory. Hey, I won't post Brimstone stuff ever again. I didn't know sharing stuff from a genuine fraudster who lies about friendships with dead pro wrestlers was considered such a character flaw, thanks!

I hadn't even interacted with you. This isn't the place for personal attacks, friend.

I apologize for misunderstanding. As for not being the place for personal attacks, I suppose I was thrown off by the personal attacks implying I'm Max Landis or Brimstone. I'll shut up in the future!

Is it possible Brimstone is a second generation star? Son of “Hangman” Bruce Pobanz perhaps?

The Max Landis one was just a running joke on the forum because Max Landis genuinely likely posted here while pretending to be a woman who knew him and would try to bring attention to their projects. I don't think they were genuinely accusing you of being Landis.

I absolutely was not comparing you to Max Landis Just a joke on previous forum persona who turned out to literally be Max Landis
