Well I have nothing important to do in life so who wants to take this thread to page 26 with me If your cheddar isn't extra mature, it isn't even cheese #hotcheesetakes Have we done cheese yet? You're fooling yourself. Sometimes you want a light, normal cheddar you can just grate onto a weeknight taco or use as a broad filler for like a chicken parm bake where you have other cheeses doing the lifting with their complexity. Not every application of cheddar needs to go hard, and you're narrowing down the possibilities of the most versatile cheese we have in making this demand.

You're an absolute fool!

Mild cheddar is the backbone of cheesy midweek dinners and you're out of line. I can't believe how toxic you've become over refusing to see that sometimes you need a milder cheese to play off of sharper flavours so that you can increase the cheese factor. What's next? Is ricotta too bland for you so you want to start stuffing aged gruyere into your lasagna sheets? Does feta lack funk so you're going to start dropping fistfuls of limburger into your Greek salad? What happened to you?

Me when FAN threads evolve into food discussions: ![](https://c.tenor.com/RZR6yqA_PLMAAAAC/arrive-hey.gif) Mozzarella wins always. Except in salads, then you wanna go with feta.

I've never done chicken parm with anything besides mozzarella and now I feel like I'm missing out. Well I use parmesan too but that's more of an additional topping for me rather than a base element.

I like blue cheese. I'm Italian, so give me some capricola and a good mozzarella or ricotta salata and I'm golden.
Anyways, on the actual topic - I get what is being said on Punk not being a draw. But let's be real, it's not like they did a lot to put Punk in the spot to draw. They could have gained steam, but instead it turned into yet another angle where HHH got involved for no reason and it went sideways. I think HHH is fine, but there's no question he did a lot to try and sabotage Punk.
Punk in AEW is a fully realized vision of what they could have done with him in WWE.

And, like, even when he was being champion, the main event feuds involved John Cena and Johnny Ace which, quite honestly, was a real waste of John Cena post Rock feud. It's like how Disney spent a year saying to the public that Pixar films are Disney+ worthy and then be surprised when the first one in cinemas in a bit dips below expectations. You can't be surprised when you've treated a hot commodity as a side show that isn't as important.

Blue cheese is the f***ing bomb. Blue cheese and either barbecue or something super spicy? That's the good shit
I am still ignoring Moth for his mild opinions

You can't be surprised when you've treated a hot commodity as a side show that isn't as important. Right. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy when the WWE Champ can't even main event a PPV. Doesn't make him seem all that important. You either go all in or just have Punk win the Intercontinental Title and let him make that the workhorse title again. Trying McMahon vs. Austin 2.0. didn't help anybody either. I'm saying this without looking at the ratings - but it's almost like WWE refuses to let itself get beyond 1997 in terms of a boom period. Things happen that they can take advantage of but then they put their own spin on things instead of letting things happen organically.

Me in this thread
"Oh God I forgot that happened"
"Oh God Paige was on there"
"Oh God I hate cheese"
"Oh God I know it was probably a short term reaction show so how memorable could it be but was there anything memorable on it"
"Oh God I miss Talking Smack"

Even I will admit he’s a draw and colby jack is criminally underrated.

That was an interesting collection of people.

Ratings tanked when he was WWE Champion. But only for *maybe* two months of that was he the focal point of the show. He had the belt around his waist, but he was in no way the main event or protagonist or face of the company during that period and therefore can't be the metric to gauge whether he was the deciding factor on the ratings. That's like saying "ratings tanked when Benoit was champion." It's not a valid good faith argument. Not to mention, it doesn't negate where the term "draw" originates and actually means in terms of selling tickets, DRAWing people to live events and DRAWing money in merchandise.
