{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Michael won POV! He likely would've had the votes to stay over Terrance anyway.
It looks like Terrance may go on eviction night, but still plenty of game to be played. Again, there's still the possibility of Alyssa/Brittany/Paloma being nominated on eviction night depending on how the backstage twist plays out.

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Ugh. This season is getting ugly in a hurry.
The way the majority of the house treats Taylor is downright infuriating. It seemingly started out of jealousy from a few of the girls but has since grown into full-blown micro aggressions and internal bias. It's the Kemi situation from BB21 all over again.
She's now going to be the replacement nom and will likely be evicted, barring any nonsense from the backstage twist.

Michael and Brittany engaging in Big Brother trope #346: lying about your profession for unclear strategic gain.

A girls alliance and their first target is . . . another girl.
Just great.

I haven’t watched, but this doesn’t seem to be really race related at first glance? They seem to resent her for being a pageant Queen? If she was the only POC in the house, I’d be more inclined to agree, but I think this is a bit unfair. Of course I haven’t watched so I can be completely off-base. I’m just afraid anytime a POC is sent home before the tail end of any game (survivor etc.) we get into this discussion.

There's been plenty of non-Black women on the show involved in pageants and modeling who haven't been treated this way, especially not so immediately. I know it's pretty typical in week 1 for houseguests to be forced to drum up any arbitrary reason to target someone, but it's weird how the pageant thing is viewed as "threatening" with Taylor. It's also wild how there's an assumption she'd be "aggressive" or "loud" in any way when she's seriously one of the calmest people in the house. That's definitely rooted in bias.

Take a shot every time Paloma says "girl's girl."

I If she was the only POC in the house, I’d be more inclined to agree, but I think this is a bit unfair. Nah, you see time and time again in other life situations where one POC isn't targeted and another one is for any number of reasons. It's like Cornette praising Big Cat Ernie Ladd all the time, saying he loves guys like Jay Lethal, and then throwing around the N word in an incredibly casual and negative way.

Based on all social media speculation I've read, I think the backstage twist is going to play out like this:
-Normal eviction vote occurs.
-One of the three backstage houseguests is saved via public vote.
-The backstage boss (Pooch, in this case) then picks one out of the remaining two to square off against the evicted houseguest in a challenge.
-The loser of the challenge will be the one sent home.
There's also speculation the winner of that challenge becomes the next the backstage boss and will pick another three houseguests.
We shall see if it's anywhere close to this!

Like we have had females or pageant girls on this show that for whatever reason just became early fodder who didn't fit in and find their footing and were targeted and subsequently booted, but it feels like btwn Candice,Taylor and Kemi the only times we have had women deal with just outright charecter assasination, microagressions and bullying has been toward black females. That doesn't mean most or all of the people doing this have been racist, but definitely people have bias and preconcieved beliefs that they don't even realize. Taylor in particilar is one of the most demure and chill contestants the show has ever had,and yet multiple players were worried she would flip out and cause a scene when she was put on the block.

Reports are coming out that Paloma is gone from the Big Brother house. It’s unknown if she self-evicted or producers ejected her.

Wow, Taylor is saved.
There's a good chance she would've beaten Alyssa or Paloma in that challenge anyway.

I feel this obstacle course is what would've been the backstage challenge.

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Jasmine won HOH.
She seemed dead set on targeting Taylor again, but now several houseguests have convinced her to target Pooch.
The funny thing here is that Pooch initially volunteered himself to be nominated as a pawn against Taylor.
