I am absolutely thrilled to never see Daniel on reality TV again after tonight. Cue to next year when Daniel shows up on some Elvis Impersonator Reality Contest in 2023

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Taylor nominated Indy and Terrance. Taylor initially wanted Terrance out, but it seems the target has shifted to Indy.
Kyle won the veto. I don't think he's going to use it. There was some asinine plan where Joe volunteered to go on the block as a pawn to hide the Leftovers, but that thankfully seems to have been dropped now.
The veto was the classic Prize & Punishment comp. Jasmine won a trip to London, Terrance will be covered in tattoos for the next week, and Taylor & Joseph will be tethered together for the next 48 hours.

Kyle and Alyssa screwed in the Have-Not room last night.
Yes, the room where the beds are pool floaties.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Oh boy. So it seems we're inching closer and closer to the Leftovers breaking apart.
On Saturday night, the LO wanted Kyle to use the veto so they could backdoor Alyssa and evict her. Of course, he refused to use the veto to send his showmance home, but his doubling down on the matter has shown his hand to everyone in the house and now they're all kinda turning on him.
Terrance and Indy are still on the block, with the latter likely being evicted this week.

Making people dress up like Sid & Nancy is sick when you consider how their relationship ended.

Making people dress up like Sid & Nancy is sick when you consider how their relationship ended. Yeah, I groaned and had to tell my gf how bad that was

Indy has been such a strange presence in the house. She's felt more like a guest star than a full-time cast member.
I kinda wonder if she thought this would be exactly like BB Brasil, a show with entirely different rules.

Oh shit. They're actually showing Kyle's completely incorrect and racist idea there's a new Cookout (which, by the way, was an alliance compose entirely of Black houseguests, but he seems insistent on grouping literally all of the people of color together).
The edit is letting Michael and Brittany off the hook, though. They were definitely starting to buy into Kyle's nonsense.

Idk why, BB just doesn't have the it factor to retain my viewership like Survivor does. Maybe being live does that. Anyway how racist was it? Was any appropriate and offensive language used? I'm asking because in today's climate and the success of the cookout last season, can you blame someone for not immediately dismissing such a notion? It's a tough topic and slippery slope to discuss, but after what we've seen last season and this last year of survivor, it's not crazy for POC's to support each other within the game.

It's a tough topic and slippery slope to discuss, but after what we've seen last season and this last year of survivor, it's not crazy for POC's to support each other within the game. Racism isn't something we should put on a scale because then it implies some instances of racism are less insidious than others. We should instead acknowledge racism comes in many shapes and forms and that they're all valid. Sometimes it's offensive slurs and jokes and sometimes, as we've seen recently, it's implicit bias like Kyle assuming all of the POC are in an alliance just because there are several of them in the house. I actually can blame someone for not squashing that notion because there's been over 20 years of overwhelmingly white casts in which none of them were ever assumed to be in an alliance due to their race yet Kyle is transfixed the one (1) season where an alliance of Black houseguests succeeded. He may have not meant anything malicious by making assumptions like that, but the way he keeps pushing that angle is dangerous. Beyond that, it's just a super bad read on the current house dynamics. I honestly think Jasmine would rather die than align herself with Taylor.

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}The indoor/outdoor groups have been determined! Michael and Terrance got to choose.
Indoor Group: Michael (HOH), Brittany, Jasmine, Monte, and Taylor
Outdoor Group: Terrance (HOH), Alyssa, Kyle, Turner, and Joseph.
Jasmine is presumably the target in the former and Terrance is currently targeting Joseph in the latter.

Did last night REALLY need to be 2 hours? I get all of that. But all the while, what if there was a “cookout 2.0?” Is it racist to even sniff out the possibility? It never got to that point last season, but what if someone was putting the pieces together on the cookout. They probably wouldn’t even consider saying it out loud because of the slippery slope it would have created:

{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}Michael nominated Jasmine and Monte.
Terrance nominated Joseph and Turner.
These outdoor feeds are so awkward. At least the indoor group has access to multiple rooms.
