Didn't the SvR game that came out around Eddie's death have him feuding with Undertaker and literally being in a casket? That writer must have felt REAL BAD Yep. SvR 2006. And then the next year, they had Benoit feud with Undertaker. And then the murder-suicide happened. It got to a point where it became a bit of a meme to ask what horrible thing was gonna happen to whoever Undertaker's opponent in the next game.

Stephanie McMahon comparing her father's indictment to 9/11 I understood what she was trying to say, while thinking it wasn't the best comparison. I am sure I wrote a longer piece about that in the past. That is all. It does however remind me of another old school example: I guess any babyface team who threatened Akeem and Bossman with the predictable analogies being called the "Twin Towers" brought. Yeah, Stephanie's said tone deaf stuff before, but "this is the worst thing I've felt since (deeply personal situation I went through)" isn't weird at all, and wouldn't even get an eyelash bat from anyone who didn't already have reasons to dislike her.

Stephanie McMahon comparing her father's indictment to 9/11 I don’t blame her. When in life is a rich kid realistically going to feel fear and helplessness? Not linked events but probably brought out the same feeling for her.

Not linked events but probably brought out the same feeling for her. And there wasn't much to compare it to. Sure there's been disasters and violence, but 9/11 has to be the first real surreal example of such. Not like now with a surreal experience like every other day.
