I read the documents and the tweet is a little bit misleading. He’s been considered an employee since he was reinstated on January 9th, but he didn’t have a specific employment agreement. He now signed an employment agreement for his position as “Executive Chairman to the Board” retroactive to the start date of January 9th. They likely filed this and Khan’s amended employment agreement now because the quarter is ending.

THR has a pretty good write-up about the contract. Because they're a mainstream entertainment news company, they're not as influenced by fears about creative and things like that.
Sounds pretty standard apart from a couple of sections. It does leave the door open for becoming an on-screen character or becoming involved in creative but doesn't mean it's happening or will happen.
The part about McMahon retaining his IP and life story so he can do what he wants with it is interesting, especially this:

Just about LITERALLY the only good that can come out this Vince saga is him getting loaded to the gills on cocaine and writing the screenplay of his life story.
Senor Spielbergo better keep an eye on his phone.

Vince is dying his hair, growing the vintage Mr. McMahon hair, picked up a mustache that makes him look like even more of a sex pest, and looks to be back on the juice.
This dude is having a midlife crisis at 80!
