This almost certainly is going to mean that Vince is heavily involved in things as well. He and Dana white are two peas in a pod.
I look for HHH to “resign” soon and Vince back in the gorilla chair.

I don't think so. You would likely see a locker room revolt at this point, which would result in a serious talent drain. Which Endeavor would like to prevent, I imagine. Yeah right. No one is going to revolt as long as they’re still making bank. They’re paid a laughably low percentage compared to any other comparable job. Laughably. Shit…combining two companies that should have unionized long ago might finally spur them to doing so. They’re evaluating a company at 9.3 billion where they pay such a low percentage to talent it should be illegal. |

He was already there last night apparently so yeah Yeah, the reports indicate he was wearing a headset and involved in the Cena match, but then took it off and just watched the show from Gorilla. That sounds more like Cena asking him to do it, given how close they are, than Vince taking it back over. If he actually is working on this big deal, he likely hasnt had time to do much else. What he'll do as Executive Chairman and if that means he'll actually try and get more involved, or even be allowed to given Endeavour are far, far, far from stupid, we'll have to see if this comes off. |

I wonder if Ariel saying all of a sudden this week that AEW was better than WWE and always have been was because he had someone on the inside that tipped him off on Endeavor buying WWE and now he wants to get back in AEW's good graces. |

I wonder if Ariel saying all of a sudden this week that AEW was better than WWE and always have been was because he had someone on the inside that tipped him off on Endeavor buying WWE and now he wants to get back in AEW's good graces. Taking out the actual issues between Tony and Ariel, I do remember a lot of journalists did call out Ariel for how he's interacted with AEW compared to WWE as a conflict of interest due to him being close with Nick Khan (used to be his agent) and his collaborations with WWE but I think it's safe to assume that when this sale goes through a lot of those doors with WWE are likely gonna Slam shut |

WWE/Peacock has conditioned people for over a decade with having PLE's as part of the sub price that it's going to be a hell of a time convincing people to pay regular PPV prices again for monthly events. Especially since they'll almost certainly be even more expensive than the current PPV prices for people who don't have access to fast internet. Though at least you're guaranteed a certain amount of hours per event with pro wrestling as opposed to UFC's events where the big bout everyone pays out the nose for could theoretically last seconds.
Maybe there's a compromise where the B-shows will still be included with the price of Peacock, but you have to pay a separate charge for the Big Four shows like Wrestlemania and Summerslam.
