I know it’s funny to clown them bringing back people who aren’t potential main eventers, but the fact is that a lot of those kinds of people, including the original lead guy of this faction, are tied up elsewhere now, they can’t be brought back into WWE for the next few years. And the roster still needs depth for the sake of match variety. I mean, we’re the ones who don’t like them running the same matches into the ground, right?
Hit Row or OG Three or whatever they end up being called down the road, they’re fine as tag team division depth.

I hope Top Dolla's wiser this go-round, since he really wasn't doing himself any favors last time.
The tag division needs warm bodies, and these will do. If they succeed in being more than filler remains to be seen.

Hit Row will always be Swerve’s thing to me. OG3 can be their own thing, and I’m all for revamping the ranks with new stuff.

With the way he was pissing people off in other companies left and right, if Triple H didn't bring him back, the highest he would've done was control his narrative.

With Vinnie Mac out of the way, Carmelo’s future has never looked brighter. He should absolutely be his own thing with Trick.

Yeah, Hit Row seems like it was clearly setup to be be Swerve's backup. I've seen some say that, while others said it was meant to build Top Dolla as the breakout guy, and Swerve was just there to be the worker, the Joey Abs to the Pete Gas and Rodney. Either way, Swerve definitely isn't lamenting being elsewhere. I don't want to be a jerk, I get these guys are still learning, but he's so far out of their league as to be comical. They could use another person, sure, but if it's just going to be a tag team with a valet, at least there's not a ton of those in the company. They'd stand out on that front.

It like the wrestling version of a 2022 Pantera Reunion.

Supposedly Vince saw Top Dolla as the GUY... but the way they were in NXT Swerve was clearly the solo guy. He is/was also like 300 steps ahead of everyone

Hit Row without Swerve is like bringing back Michael Tarver, Darren Young, and David Otunga and calling them The Nexus.

There was that brief window where Otunga and McGillicutty were all that remained of the Nexus and then I think it was Lawler called them boring one week and that was the end of that.

I think the group needs some kind of centerpiece to build it around if you want to try to make it work. It's good presentation-wise but is missing that crown jewel to anchor it like Swerve, though am kind of afraid just throwing someone in there might cause them to come off like Budget Swerve which would be a disservice. I know just the man to be their new crown jewel {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}

Well, I’m okay with this. The 3 remaining have potential but Swerve is straight up f***ing money so without him it could be questionable

Also it didn't end after Lawler called them boring... it ended after Lawler called them boring and Lawler and Ryder then Lawler and Sheamus beat them back to back weeks... then there was a six man tag with Air Boom Justin Gabriel & Sheamus beat McG/Otunga, Barret and Christian... then they broke up... and then McGillicutty died and was replaced by a look a like >_>

I don't see why hit row can't be tag champs after a while and have a good run. Their potential is severely limited without swerve but.. literally any other group would be too because swerve is as money as it gets imo.

I prefer this trio to the B-Fab less version before they were released. She adds so much to the group's presentation. They obviously don't have as high of a ceiling without Swerve but they should be a great addition to the tag team division.

He was just the least impactful original Nexus member left after Tarver and Otunga as far as WWE was concerned. I probably should have used Mason Ryan instead.
