Pokemon. There, got that out of the way.
Shout out to Xenoblade 2 where the tutorials are probably the toughest enemy in the game to overcome. There are tons of them, they really never stop through the entire game, and they very poorly convey the information in the first place. 3's can be pretty obtrusive too but at least they clearly explain the information, they're mostly done in the first couple of chapters, and you can look back at them if there's something you're missing.

Final Fantasy Tactics (PS1 original). It's an unfortunate combination of a game that has a lot of complex mechanics and systems combined with a localization done by what I assume was first year Japanese students at the nearest university to Sony's American offices.

The ones where the game takes you directly to them upon startup, before you even get a chance to go to the main menu screen. (That's one I had to get out of the way. )

Driver. I'd lack both skill and patience to complete the mandatory tutorial nowadays.

I loved Persona 5, but it felt like even as far in as the games 5th dungeon it still kept stopping gameplay to tell you how to do things.

The Roxas portion of Kingdom Hearts 2 is pretty nifty the first time, but makes the game really difficult to motivate myself to replay again, because woof.

I really hate games that start with a "fully powered character" in the tutorial and then 2 seconds later you are at 1% of the power and a total loser.
Congrats, you really didn't teach the player anything. You made a demo level instead.

Yeah, it takes a while to get a feel for the game and that tutorial probably plays a role. Once you get a feel for it, however, it’s a fantastic game.

Sure Mega Man X5 introduced a few new mechanics, but did they really have to literally stop the game every single time to tell you about each and everyone of them?

Driver. I'd lack both skill and patience to complete the mandatory tutorial nowadays. If that’s the one I’m thinking of, I rented it back in the day and never made it past the tutorial.

Yes, it’s ridiculous that a character would suddenly forget how to do something they have been doing for most of their life and did extensive training for.

If you chose to start Tales of Xillia as Milla Maxwell you do play her as she’s linked to 4 elementals that get from ripped her by the villains at the end of the first decry. She got nerfed as she had to learn how to do it all herself instead of relying on their magic for the first time in her life. She didn’t even need to eat food until that point.

Yeah, I forget what specifically it wanted me to do that I couldn't...but I never got passed the tutorial and returned it to Blockbuster like the same day.

Congrats, you really didn't teach the player anything. You made a demo level instead. It's usually pretty obnoxious. I can sort of tolerate it in Symphony of the Night, since if Alucard just started off with no abilities, it'd be really weird given who he is and his having been in Castlevania III prior. You also get significantly better stuff than what he begins with, even if you glitch your way into not getting his stuff confiscated, just, takes a while.

I remember I got the game for my birthday and it took me forever to get the reverse 180 turn right and I'm honestly not sure if I could do it again today.

Driver. I'd lack both skill and patience to complete the mandatory tutorial nowadays. Yeah, I loved Driver back in the day and completed it (that last mission was ridiculous), but that was a terrible decision. It was more suited as an optional bonus mission to unlock something extra in the game.

The "New Light" experience for Destiny 2 is...not great.
It does it's job of explaining controls and abilities, kinda, but it also just dumps you into the bulk of the game without any sort of direction or explaining more advanced stuff like Armor/Weapon Mods and energy type, etc...
