He absolutely sucks. But he’s also a shining beacon of a truly entirely new era, so it’s kind of forgivable I guess.
Scarlett is fine. She needs to go full pyromancer again.

Kross is actively terrible and Scarlett exists.

I wonder what Ryuki's impression was of Kross's Raw gear.

Scarlett is hot……that’s really the only good thing that I can say about their schtick because Kross sucks and Scarlett is just there.

I think Kross has really only shined in Lucha Underground where the different style of presentation helped him a lot. Everywhere else he's been "eh."
Scarlett is damn good looking. Not a good wrestler, but the Triple H era seems to be fine with not forcing people who shouldn't wrestle to wrestle. She's a solid valet/manager.

Kross is better as a henchman to the top heel, as opposed to being the top heel himself.
Scarlett's fine in a valet role.

In interviews, they both come off smart & like decent folks. As wrestling personalities? Scarlett: I don’t really care one way or another. Guess she’s fine? Dunno. Kross has something but the execution isn’t all there. Im not sure what the disconnect is. Not a fan of all the character lore and everything. When he’s talked about that I’ve thought “this dude needs someone in creative to say ‘This is what you are; This is how I want you to play it’”. Clearly that wasn’t Vince. I hope it’s Hunter.

He's a bit like Adam Bomb with a beautiful valet and a lot of work done to his entrance and presentation. He seems very forced as a main eventer and could use programs with Sheamus, Drew, Gunther, Lashley etc to improve in the ring. Overall he doesn't bug me, he just doesn't feel like he should be a threat to Reigns at this point.

Kross is like the role player on a team that for whatever reason the coach loves and uses him in situations that he shouldn't be in which causes fan resentment. I think Kross is fine but I don't see him as a main eventer but HHH does so that what were going to get. I'm not going to be overly interested in anything he does but I won't hate it either.
Scarlett is great and adds so much to Kross. I would be so less interested in him if she didn't comeback as well.

Kross is better as a henchman to the top heel, as opposed to being the top heel himself. Scarlett's fine in a valet role. This. Kross consistently is best as the backup who will wreck your shit if you step out of line with the group he's in. Scarlett has presence, and is a good valet, but that's it. But as has been said, Kross's best work was in LU, but that was capturing lightning in a bottle with the dude as far as I'm concerned. Dude needs a mountain of storytelling to make him actually interesting, and while I think WWE is possibly capable of that now, it doesn't seem the route they want to go with KK. Edgelord Karrion "two faces" Kross isn't it. I'll always defend HHH being head of creative as a good thing, but I know that every booker has their blind spots, with Vince's WWE being 99% blind spots. So it's easier to stomach a few missteps here and there as opposed to how it was before. I think the dude "could" be something, but not in the way that HHH sees him. Right now he's Vince's Austin Theory. Has potential, but isn't gonna succeed the way he's being presented. Honestly, dude should have been put in The Judgment Day. Let him evolve organically from there. Immediately thrown into the title picture like he's fresh out of The Shield Roman? Nah. That's not gonna work out.

Kross's character is a mess... despite apparently having diaries and pages of information on his website... but like none of it comes through in his wrestling... and his "presence" seems to be entirely mkaing just the stupidest monster faces available.
and his wrestling is... mostly fine? but a bit boring...

They’re fine. The main issue with Kross in NXT was that he was presented as a near-invincible Brock Lesnar-type, and even in NXT where the average size of the guys on that roster was a lot smaller, it didn’t take because A) Kross wasn’t that much bigger and B) He isn’t a once-ever volcanic animal-man that f***ing spars with grizzly bears in Saskatchewan. It’d look sillier trying to pull that stuff around actually big units like Reigns, McIntyre, Sheamus, Gunther and Lashley.
