Jesse really shot himself not trying to get Karla in the f4 with him, given her hand injury he might have been able to beat her in fire.

I hate the argument that the winner of the final immunity challenge should’ve put themselves into the fire-making challenge.

Nobody in this final 3 gave a really strong performance in front of the jury, to be honest.

I’ll gladly eat shit for saying Gabler was a goat. He was an assassin hiding in plain sight.

meh winner for a meh season I didn't watch, but Google tells me the most hilarious outcome was the one who won. This will be like One World where I just skip this season in re-watches.

What a shocking ending.
I can’t say Gabler was undeserving and I don’t think Owen or Cassidy got screwed, but it’s just a very surprise finish.

Shock winner aside, this was a dull season that occasionally sparked, but never really caught fire.

Wonder how Gabler's wife is going to react to his giving away the Million?

I love how Owen's argument was basically "I did poorly and made several mistakes. Please vote for me ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) "

Nobody in this final 3 gave a really strong performance in front of the jury, to be honest. Gabler had the Ali-Gabler joke, while Cassidy slipped up and took credit for one of Gabler's Ride-or-Die blindsides and Owen was doomed to always be (as he put it) a Zero Vote Joke in Final Tribal. And people didn't believe me when I said weeks ago that GABLER IS PLAYING WELL he even beat Jesse fair and square at fire-making to complete the winner's edit.

I hate the argument that the winner of the final immunity challenge should’ve put themselves into the fire-making challenge. If Cass did that and beat Jesse she would've gotten Noelle's vote over Gabler, seems like. Maybe more, but I bet the decision not to make fire against Jesse has kept her up at nights after Final Tribal gave her only 1-vote after Gabler broke the speed record for fire-making in Survivor history lol

That jury seemed to be firmly against her anyway. The fact that she kinda over-inflated her control of the game at the final Tribal Council didn’t help her case either. Gabler’s game will be really interesting to assess down the road. Such an odd edit overall, with some obvious clues to his win in hindsight. I think he made genuine social connections in the game with a majority of the jury, but the editors didn’t do the best job in underscoring that.

I am stoked, having had to wait until it went on demand.
I am so happy Gabler won, I was pulling for him the whole time and I sat here watching him and slowly realizing he could pull this off.
As soon as he said he wanted to sit next to Owen and Cassidy, I knew he was shrewder that he had been presented as, and between the edit of Gabler being shaky at fire making turning into setting the firemaking record, and Gabler giving a frankly top tier performance with the jury, I was thinking he had a chance.
That being said, going into the final, it seemed like the most wide open and even final three we’ve had in a long time, maybe ever.
I was thinking Gabler might squeak through by one vote, but a 7-1-0 took me off guard.
