Imagine Punk getting a suspension and forced anger management lol. I can't picture Punk complying with forced anger management unless the compliance is malicious.

Don't bother, it's clear some folks have had their minds made up since the whole story first broke. Hell, probably before that in a lot of cases. Khan is a spineless wuss who is more concerned with being a friend than he is a leader or a boss and when told something he doesn't like goes and overdoses on his precious cocaine. I have no respect for him and he's not worth the spit in my mouth This thread is full of insanity like this and wild fantasy law/apology scenarios among the actual funny posts. What are people aiming for with stuff like this other than probably just annoying themselves?

People get way too emotionally invested into wrestling and act like when something goes wrong it's affecting them personally, to the point statements like this boil over You don't have to like Tony Khan but holy shit dude, the guy didn't impact your life in any way and doesn't impact your life in any way, stop acting like he set fire to your home or something...

Don't bother, it's clear some folks have had their minds made up since the whole story first broke. Hell, probably before that in a lot of cases. Dozens of reports that Ace would be canned just waiting for the investigation to end with Punk's status up in the air, one blue checkmark goes "Sources:" and everyone jumps on it as the gospel and calls Khan terrible at his job I'm just saying jumping the gun on this incident of all things isn't wise. I literally never seen that Twitter account report news until this incident, never ever posted here. Oh, don't misunderstand; I've thought Khan was terrible as his job long before that tweet went up. Riiiight about the time Emi Sakura moved to a totally new country and was given zero help with the process because Nakazawa was on vacation or something.

It all comes down to a promoter who is now turning a profit not wanting to lose his top draw.
I mean for all the praise Vince gets about running a tight ship, that wasn't really true until they were the only game left and made money without selling tickets.

We don't know what goes on behind the scene. The optics don't look good for TK though because Punk did that in front of the media with TK next to him. It makes it look like Punk runs TK and not the other way around. Hopefully he uses this as a lesson to how to manage effectively in public.

Jesus christ dude. It's not this serious. A company is only as strong as it's leader, and Tony has shown recently that he is weak. The company making record profits this year and just drew a million plus live gate is sure weak, yes. Think what you want about Khan but the dude is very good at his job or AEW would be dead or flailing to stay above water by now. Running a tighter ship is definitely something that needs to be done, but we're jumping at Twitter sources as any excuse to dogpile on the guy. If that "Sources" doesn't turn out to be true and Ace is indeed fired like all the other sources said, I don't know what your posts accomplish. It's why I said jumping the gun is a bad idea. Tony Khan is not a perfect man but what he has done tbh, I don't think many people could actually replicate in three years, and frankly, no one thought wrestling outside of WWE would be this flourishing again. Just tighten the screws and learn from the incidents that happen and keep going.

I've made it head Canon that Ace Steel saw the PWG match the Bucks had with Candice LaRae and thought they were going to Super kick his wife with the thumbtacks and went postal.

Honestly depends on the actual account on what exactly happened with both parties. I know current accounts say Punk threw the first punch but if there was some kind of provocation, I could see Tony just suspending him. I don't necessarily agree mind you, but that could be his reasoning. Still think the title needs to be stripped from him overall because of his actions and words at the scrum.

Punk’s boosted revenue but also..*gestures towards everything* Not saying it’d be an easy decision but often times the hardest decisions are the right ones to make. *shooting star flies by*

And it looks like it’s going to come down to the word of the neutral parties. Including the VP. Shame there wasn’t cameras but locker room and all that.
