I've said it lots, but Mox is a dude who clearly takes the position he's in with a pride that isn't just all about milking every drop of praise he can get out of it. You want a top guy to be speaking and he is unequivocally a top guy, and one with a deceptively good head on his shoulders when it comes to the company. I honestly was never a huge Mox fan until I read his book. Now he's my favorite dude in the entire industry. He's in the business for the right reasons, is insanely talented, and has a really good perspective on his place in the world and wrestling. In many ways, I find he and Punk to be two sides of the same coin. They both grew up "hard" in Midwestern rust belt cities, and scratched and clawed their ways to incredibly prominent positions in the pro wrestling world despite not having an especially good look or all that much of an athletic background. But, Punk has apparently developed this chip on his shoulder as if the world owes him something, while Mox seems to have just be humbled that he's been able to achieve so much, and seems to treat his place in the business as if he owes something to the world. Mox also became an alcoholic and a drug addict. Not saying he isn't a better person than Phil Brooks or either of those are moral failings, but it's not like Punk's externalize-it asshole mode coping has been inherently *worse* |

Why does the conspiracy theorist in me think Punk being injured again is too convenient and this is a HBK losing his smile thing? I said earlier (about 200 pages ago) that conspiracy theories and people thinking everything is a work in wrestlint are always wrong. However, I'm all in on this. Very good timing, at the very least. Didn’t he bring up the injury at the scrum? Take a prickly guy by nature, have him injure himself then force him to talk in public? Not at all excusing Punk, but if that is the case it seems a predictable possible outcome. |

I have to say that fact that he's gotten suspended along with other people speaks for poorly of Christopher Daniels' ability to control things. I'm just saying if Curry Man had been hired for that role instead of him, there might not have been a fight at all; who wants to throw punches when the atmosphere around you is hot, spicy, and tastes great? On this night where muffins failed, curry might have succeeded. Trouble with that is if everyone is eating curry then the bathrooms will be full and there'll be nowhere to hide. Hey Thunder Rosa's recovering at home, so that's at least one bathroom free. |

Even if it’s not even that, nobody needed to know that Colt shares a bank account with his Mom well if Punk is telling the truth it could look like Colt was hiding money. Again wrong place to air it out, but dude snapped and said his truths and said he has emails. I hope for his sake he does. Cause if not we'll f*** Punk then for lying. Hopefully the truth with come out somehow and soon so we as fans don't get riled up over shit.

Now in the interest of fairness to the top contenders, the Titles will NOT be simply awarded, so Maxwell Jacob Friedman despite his previous victory is NOT Champion.
