The way The Elite were not mentioned same as Punk and wiped from the graphic same as Punk makes me wonder if they did a little bit more than what's been reported so far, or if Tony's just being equal about the whole thing.

Yeah you know this is super-duper cereal if MJF didn't even mention Punk by name in his promo and you know he would have LOVED to go completely off the rails and bury Punk but he was obviously told not to go there. This is the man who brings up dead relatives of his rivals but he didn't dare touch on what went down on Sunday.

If Max Caster is on tonight I'd expect a generic line about trouble in the back and not for him to go full scorched earth in his freestyle like some are expecting. If this is an ongoing legal situation it's best to just leave it alone as far as the TV show world goes.

If they're still investigating the whole thing, it's best to treat everyone equally until firm decisions have been made.

I still feel a little sorry for Omega though. There really hasn't been a single report that has singled him out as being a central part of the mess. The more that has come out, the more it's centered on the Bucks.
