It feels weird seeing Lethal, the ostensible leader of this group, on the side flanking Satnam. Makes him look like a lackey. Yeah, everything about the presentation of the act is weird. It's all meant to center Singh and make Singh seem like a danger, but he never does anything and probably isn't ready to do anything yet. How is Jay Lethal on TV so often? Is he the middleman between Tony and his coke dealer or something? Even if Jay wasn't guilty of sexual coercion, his stupid stable is the AEW answer to that WWE stable of Corbin, Drew and Ziggler that was so boring we named it "Where's the remote?" At least with that group I got lots of mileage out of cracking Vampire: The Masquerade larp jokes about them thanks to Drew's cool coat. The best material for this squad is just rehashed Sonjay Dutt steroid jokes from 2004 |
