Hello all! Long time lurker, first time poster here. Thought I would start with a bit of an ice breaker. So I'm a 5′4″ (162 cm) guy with size 18 US / 17 UK / 55 EU feet. My feet are stupidly big for my height and it's very noticeable. It's due to a genetic anomaly - I was born with oversized feet and hands and they just kept growing bigger. Strangers comment on it all the time. And forget about the reaction of assistants at shoe shops or bowling alley clerks! Here are some photos below so you can see how noticeable it is. The shoes compared to are my buddy's size 11s and he's 6'1". Anyone else got a funny or weird body quirk to share?

My calf muscle was shredded and cut in half in an accident long ago. When it's "at rest" the muscle moves involuntarily constantly and it looks like a xenomorph is crawling under my skin ready to come bursting out.
I've freaked out a lot of drunk people by wearing shorts and sitting down at tailgate parties. "Dude WHAT THE F#@%" is a common response. If I'm drunk enough sometimes I'll just say "Oh I have worms". A lot of people believe it.

Myself, my sister and my brother all have this small patch of blonde hair on our left arms in the same spot. And none of us are blonde to begin with.

I have Bethlem Myopathy, which is basically a milder version of muscular dystrophy. In fact, to simplify things I usually simply call it MD rather than describe my actual condition. It’s root cause is a collagen mutation, so it’s a connective tissue disorder. I have shit circulation, I’m weak and tire easily, am prone to muscle, tendon, and lining tears (hence my history of multiple hernias). Charlie horses are common and muscle constrictures are the norm. My calves regularly hurt but damn near go out completely when walking down a couple of flights of stairs.
You know, fun stuff!

Both of my pinky fingers are short and bent weirdly in the same way. They don't move very well and tend to lock on when pulled straight.

Can bend my thumbs back to touch my wrist. Can also turn my wrists 360 degrees.
And also got ankylosing spondylitis. Spine is slowly fusing together into one bamboo like bone which will lead into flexibility problems. Honestly at this point spine has fused. My back and shoulder is hunched forward. Sleep isn't easy, though at least now compared to years ago I won't get these cramps around my spine that seriously hurts.
Aside from that, already got arthritis. Joints hurt. One leg is thinner than the other for years now because I can't exert as much force on it compared to the other. Knees had swollen a few times and got drained out. Color of the liquid was yellow. Happened to the ankles as well, and I used that as an excuse to not wear shoes as much as possible.
Had surgery, piece of spine was removed. Helped a bit, though couldn't really stop the spine from fusing and everything else.
Aside from that, apparently there's other side-effects from the condition that might happen in the future. Had a few episodes where I've had problems with my eye.

He had some hip replacement that helped somewhat, but yeah, moving really, really sucks for him. Sorry to hear about your condition.

More or less, makes it easier to look at his guitar. My own neck has curved downward. Like, if I got a hat on I gotta be careful as walking around I can bump my head because there's a blind spot unless I make an effort to lift my head a bit. Bumped into so many branches when walking my dog even now. Driving or being in a car isn't fun. Gotta have extra pillows to keep my head upright to watch the road. Mobility isn't fun at all, yet gotta do it anyway 'cause there's stuff to do. And honestly, led to me not really liking how I see in the mirror sometimes. Had a few passers-by say some unkind things to me when I'm just walking around. It sucks.

I can almost touch without pressing down with something like my other hand, table, door jam, etc. I suspect I’d be more limited if I had a normal amount of muscle in my forearm.

I simply cannot snap my fingers on my right hand for some reason, though I can (not very consistently) with my left.
I have at least three nipples. I say "at least" because if you actually see what supernumerary nipples tend to look like, they're not really anything interesting, so it's possible I have at least one more I am unaware of. They're actually not really that uncommon.
I never grew wisdom teeth at all.

I'm hyper mobile in my jaw, I can pretty much pop it out of joint at will. It's a good party trick or more accurately, fun to screw around with a new dentist or hygienist

My giant feet can crack in a way that actually disgusts people.
I have skin tags on my neck, basically my entire life. My mom always said they were from when I was a baby and always wore a bib. I dunno. She was a nurse. She also told me if they don’t bother me to leave them. So I have. No time recently, but people would comment on them. I learned to say it was cancer. That shut them down.
I’m also covered in cafe o’latte spots. I’m way over what they, falsely, say is an indication for what John Merrick had. I don’t look like him. I’m just ugly ugly.

Hypermobility in my shoulders like Randy Orton, although a lot of the stunts I used to do with them I haven't done in years since I would end up with blood pooling in my arms for too long.
I had a very terrible lisp as a child that it turned out was partially due to my tongue being tethered to the bottom of my mouth by too much of that little skin membrane, so when I had my tonsils removed when I was 6, they also cut the skin there to help free up my tongue. Speech therapy also helped my lisp disappear entirely, however an unknown side effect of my tongue being freer, was the ability to do a lot of sounds like Michael Winslow. I used to trick people all the time with it. I pretended there was a rattlesnake during a hike when I was at camp. In second grade, a teacher was reading us the story A Cricket in Time's Square, except I kept interrupting her with my cricket sound. She never found out it was me, and everyone was looking around for a real cricket.
