Lmao Gigi literally never posts any photos with them unless it's Tuesday. If you go by her Instagram I don't think Gigi interacts with any humans except for her kid brother. Jacy posted a photo of her and Gigi together at a bar the night before their debut on Smackdown, but other than that Gigi seems to be a complete loner. Turns out the real goth looking girl who was married to Darby Allen and used to throw tampons at people is apparently an introverted anti social loner who keeps to herself. Can't say that it's really surprising. |

It wouldn't shock me to see Gallus get called up, though. I could see them feuding with the Brutes on SD.

Before getting to NXT, I know that I said I was going to have my column done by today, but I unexpectedly had to work an extra hour, so I didn't have any time to work on my records. So, for the first time ever, I will do the Once In A Lifetime 5 Week Mega-Powered Edition of my Weekly Column. And I am so confident that I will get it done that I'm putting this in print. If the Column is not posted by the end of next Monday's Raw, I will deactivate my Facebook & Twitter Accounts.
Here are my NXT Thoughts:
Fun opening segment. It's great to see Ilja Dragonuv. JD McDonagh had a good response. Bron Breakker was hilarious with his Steiner Math to set-up the Triple Threat at Halloween Havoc.
Fun brawl with Briggs & Jensen & Gallus.
OK comments by Mandy Rose.
Another stupid Joe Gacy promo. I just want Cameron Grimes to kick his ass later.
They're airing the matches out of order. Good thing I don't set-up my records ahead of time & update everything. Grimes VS Gacy was the 1st match taped. They taped Henley VS Rose later on.
Fallon Henley VS Mandy Rose wasn't that bad. I read the spoilers & people said the match wasn't good. I guess they edited out the bad parts. OK promo by Mandy Rose & good response by Alba Fyre. The burning And New was cool.
Another weird Apollo Crews promo, but it's still better than what he was doing on the main roster.
I love that they do this every week. Cool moment for Quinn to come out with Wes Lee. Good luck to him & all of the Thrivers of Connor's Cure.
Good segment to set-up Ilja Dragunov VS Xyon Quinn for later which will be a great match.
Wes Lee VS Tony D'Angelo was another match taped out of order: The order of the spoilers was Grimes/Gacy, Ruca/Miller, Lyons/Carter, Creed/Kemp, Lee/D'Angelo, Henley/Rose, Dragunov/Quinn, & then the Pub Fight
Wes Lee VS Tony D'Angelo was good. I like the referee ejecting Channing Lorenzo from ringside instead of calling for the DQ. It sucks that D'Angelo got hurt. I wonder what the original finish was going to be. I like that they added the Qualifying Stip after the match was taped.
Solid exchange with Oro Mensah, Carmelo Hayes, & Trick Williams.
Sol Ruca's video was OK.
What a weird video about Pretty Deadly. I don't know what else to say.
Sol Ruca VS Amari Miller was OK especially since it wasn't Ruca's debut. She has wrestled 5 matches on Level Up over the last 3 months. Also, they said Miller was back on NXT. Yes, she hasn't been on NXT since July, but she also has been on Level Up recently. Ruca with 8 matches in her career (6 on TV & 2 live events) looked better in her NXT TV debut than Lash Legend who has competed in 31 matches (22 on TV & 9 live events) in her career has looked since she debuted.
Stupid match between Cameron Grimes & Joe Gacy. The interference by The Dyad was really stupid.
Grayson Waller's promo was ridiculous. I still don't get how everyone can see Apollo Crews' visions.
Nikkita Lyons VS Kayden Carter was an OK match, but once again a Champion gets pinned in a Non-Title Match.
WWE is edited & they left a goof in. Vic Joseph said "Last night" instead of "last week" when they showed the clip of Chase U defeating Hayes & Williams.
Wow. I didn't know Florida was sunny earlier today. Aren't they in the middle of a Hurricane? Funny promo by Andre Chase, especially his comment to the reporter "Dave" but good luck to him in his match against Von Wagner next week. I think Chase may be getting his first loss since July.
Good promo by Nathan Frazer. I love that the final match between he & Axiom will now be a Qualifying Match. That will be amazing next week.
Ilja Dragunov VS Xyon Quinn was a good way for Dragunov to be re-introduced to the NXT Audience.
Now, it's time to see how the NXT Editors did their magic. Brutus Creed VS Damon Kemp was taped twice. They had to re-film the end of the match, so let's see how they put it all together.
Oh god. What a horrible promo between Wendy Choo & Lash Legend. They should have done their match for this week's NXT, so it can be heavily edited to look better. Instead they will be wrestling live with no way to fix mistakes.
Brutus Creed VS Damon Kemp was pretty good until the DQ Finish. I couldn't even tell where the first part of the match stopped & the rest of the match was filmed & edited together. By the way, it was Brutus' 1st ever Singles Match in NXT.
Stupid segment with Sanga, Quincy Elliott, & Xyon Quinn. I guess Sanga will be Veered in the right direction soon, when Mahaan returns to NXT. By the way, Quincy Elliott defeated Xyon Quinn on Level Up on August 4.
I just realized Smackdown is in Canada again. So, Sami Zayn & Solo Sikoa will be on their own. The Usos aren't allowed in Canada.
Very cool segment with Nikkita Lyons, Zoey Stark, & Alba Fyre & Toxic Attraction. That could be a good 6-Woman Tag. Next week's NXT looks like a good show. Looking forward to seeing NXT live again.
Briggs & Jensen VS Gallus was fun but when I read that it was Pub Rules, I thought it would be like the Donnybrook that Drew McIntyre & Sheamus had on Smackdown with the bar set-up. This was just a No DQ Match. Weird ending afterwards with Gallus getting arrested. I think the last cop that I saw that was dressed like that was The Big Bossman, which is ironic as Brooks Jensen's Dad was WWE Tag Champ with the Bossman.
Ends an OK NXT. The matches were solid, but there were no amazing wrestling matches. The best match on the show was the main event, but like I said it was a No DQ Match & not an actual wrestling match. The promos & other segments were OK.

No. Brooks' dad is Bull Buchanan. Bull and Boss Man were never WWF Tag Champs together. Boss Man was champs with Ken Shamrock, Bull was champs with The Goodfather in the RTC. You're right. I don't know where else to post this but some random faceless Twitter account with barley any followers posted a video of video of Mandy's knee from last night saying she had a better knee than Omega. This somehow went viral on Wrestling Twitter and got so many people upset. People posting comparison videos and saying this is why you can't real wrestling debate on twitter. It's all so hilarious to me getting that upset over probably some random teenagers opinion.
I just ask that they keep the real wrestling discussions away from Tuesday nights. We're all about mob murder, psychic visions and boys and their scooters here, we don't do serious.

With vision impairment being such a focal point of this epic feud I wonder if we're getting the return of this at Halloween Havoc.........  Then since he can't see him they can do cuts with Apollo using his psychic visions to help him find Waller and anticipate his next moves. |
