I'll challenge the following...and I know that future additions should be people currently there, not necessarily past stars. Still I can't resist : Hacksaw actually had TWO other WWF themes very briefly in 1987. Remixes of the same theme...originally sounded vaguely like The Power Of Love by Huey Lewis. And did he use the King's theme when he was King Duggan? Randy Savage = same song yes, but different recordings. By 1988 it was more obviously a WWF produced version of Pomp... which later only looped the main chorus and never got to the end of the song. Marty Jannetty has two very brief exceptions: when the Rockers debuted and still used Living After Midnight by Judas Priest, and that one match with the Rougeaus when they used the Rockers theme with lyrics (now THAT is begging to be released as a hidden gem theme!) Ted DiBiase, when he's appeared in modern WWE programming, uses the version of his theme from the WWE Anthology. You can tell because the "Money, money, money...." chorus repeats throughout. I was one who read but didn’t let the OP sink in fully. I admit that. However, kudos to you for pointing out the differences in some of the themes, as well as that the Rockers had that one time theme with lyrics. I watched that match not too long ago too!

There's variations to similar sounding songs for Piper. Compare his one from his return post Mania 3 to the one he used post WCW from WWE's YouTube:

Not sure if I’m going crazy, but didn’t Owens have a slightly sped-up version of his song?
Looked it up… Not sure if I’m allowed to link but there is evidence on Youtube of a “Fight V2”. It has very subtle differences, and he must’ve gone back to the V1 pretty quickly.

Are we talking about a single gimmick having only one song or a wrestler that's had many gimmicks but only one theme for their entire career? Also does being in other Promotions count?
Oh I see it's only for ACTIVE wrestlers. I thought this was through other eras as well cause I thought Nathan Jones and Waylon Mercy count for having only one theme. Ya know what I mean?

Ah, good old threads where people don’t read the first post! I’m sick of this Tarzan movie!

Becky Lynch hasn't changed her theme song since she started getting pushed in NXT, but there was a certain gimmick that lasted one appearance that we are otherwise not talking about. Also there was a transitional theme between that one and her current one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2QmfG1SoFE

Goldust pretty much had the same theme for 20 years.

Probably playing fast and loose with the terms here, but Kofi Kingston? He's come out to different tag-team themes (New Day, Air Boom), but I don't think he's ever officially had a different solo theme since his WWECW debut.
