I’m very happy for the Rangers and all their fans. Particularly Mike Rhyner. He’s a longtime Dallas radio host, who wears his love for the Rangers on his sleeve. I’ve listened to him for years and I know he’s celebrating, tonight.

How must Jerry Jones feel right now at the fact that the RANGERS won a world title before the Cowboys?? Lol That goof is happy just counting his money, dude doesn’t give a shit. I’d expect the Stars and the Mavericks to win anything before the Cowboys.

I never thought I'd see the day. Years of hearing from friends and coworkers why are they your team. Couldn't get much further away from nova scotia but I picked them when I was a kid and stuck through it. I just can't believe it happy for you as an angels fan, hate that this is the most likable rangers team in forever and they win it all, congrats

Now let’s fire up that hot stove ASAP. That Padres fire sale is going to be something else.

Gotta hand it to the Rangers GM. He spent a lot of money on free agents, but he usually shopped in the elite section of free agency (deGrom, Seager, Semien, and even Eovaldi is damn good when healthy) and it paid off. Didn't even need deGrom and Scherzer to win. Maybe this finally makes up for what happened against the Cardinals many years ago for Rangers fans.

I am so, so, so happy the Rangers finally did it. I've been a fan of the team basically my entire life, in part because the OKC minor league team was their AAA affiliate for ages. 2010 was disappointing and 2011 was absolutely gutting being 1 strike away twice.
I didn't even hesitate to nab my Rangers World Series Champions gear, rushing straight to the MLB online shop basically immediately after that final pitch went *thud* in the catcher mitt and the initial, "HOLY SHIT IT FINALLY HAPPENED!!!" washed over me. Did not want to repeat the mistake I made when the Denver Broncos won their most recent Super Bowl title. Snagged me that snazzy black snapback hat, a tasty Rangers blue World Series champs shirt, and of course, an Adolis Garcia champion jersey shirt, naturally paying respects to El Bombi who we probably wouldn't have even been in this series without him going mental in the ALCS.

Speaking as a Cards fan who was on the edge of their seat during that 2011 series, I said back then when Texas lost that I’d be rooting for the Rangers hard to win their first one, and that didn’t change. Corey Seager is a frigging beast. Throw those Stetsons in the air, folks, you’ve been waiting and your team finally earned it.

Looking it up he's only had 2 bad outings in the postseason, game 4 of 2021 ALCS and game 1 of the World Series this year. He's the opposite of Kimbrel (sorry Phillies fans), you want to give him the ball in October.

crazy to think that the rangers will likely be even better on paper next year with the potential of degrom (yeah yeah I know lmao) but also Langford and the true full season of Carter
keep montgomery and they could become a true dynasty before you know it

Happy for Rangers fans who get to prove to their state that you can win the World Series without cheating.

Congrats to the Rangers and their fanbase. This has been a long time coming. Enjoy it. It’s nuts when you follow franchise that gets Their First. That was me with the 2019 Blues.

Nelson Cruz has announced his retirement. Man, it really is a shame the Rangers didn't get it in 2011. It's just, it doesn't feel right to me that the Cruz Missile retires ringless after being 1 strike away from it twice in the same game.

Bruce Bochy tied for third most World Series by manager.
THATS MY MANAGER! (Even though I completely and 100% agree with his mutual (?) parting of ways with the Giants)

Apparently, this was the least watched World Series of all recorded TV history. But that should not matter whatsoever for the teams that made it.

It was expected with the markets that made it, can't say I feel bad for FOX lmfao
If the series had gone on longer or had more interesting games I think it would have helped, but after awhile the Rangers really just said "We're the better team" and stomped them
