I'm a monkey-paw kind of fella...
what if Enzo Amore returned and joined Hit Row? Or fought Hit Row? Or rap battled?
It sure would make a fella like myself believe in turkey again.

For the record, Enzo is still a worse rapper than anyone in Hit Row, or wrestling in general.

Swerve lucked out going to AEW. Without Sweeve these guys all just suuuuck. It feels like they were brought back in the the small chance that it would get Swerve to return. Without him, Hit Row is just…there. I think you mean Hit Row is just sHit Row

It's not good... But if they're not even good enough to be in THIS position on the card (they're clearly gonna lose the match that comes from this), then should they be released again?

They're frauds. Not once did the invoke the greatest military hero of all time, Major Way! You mean, Lt. Jermaine Strickland. They really need him... On the other hand, he seems to do well without them. I don't think anybody has ever tried to use the line "Our name is Hit Row and we're here to [something that rhymes with Strickland] We [do something] in a Lt. Jermaine Strickland!"

Better get them before AEW signs them 2. Surely it can't ALL just be Swerve right? ...Right? ?

I don't like people losing their jobs... but... I'm not entirely sure why they were rehired in the first place... That’s the fascinating thing, and I brought this up the other day… Everybody rightfully got upset with all the mass releases in 2020 and 2021, but it only seems to be when some of those people come back in (or are proposed to come back in) that we actually stop and think what their actual value to the company would be.

So to come from this on how I thought about it, I honestly don't care about how much value anyone had for the company at the time. Like, I'm not going to say HHH has had inspired signing success (I'd argue a lot of the re-signings have been lackluster especially considering who've been signed by other places) but in terms of that issue, it doesn't matter. My personal issue was that the company clearly could afford to keep all of them. They didn't because they needed a number to be an inch higher to make shareholders happy made more ironic by the fact the former boss of the company screwed them out of more money in a decade+ than any of fired talent did in two years by trying to hide his, what could extremely nicely be called, "sexual conquests".

I legit think that it wasn't just Vince that didn't see Swerve as the star of the group... and part of that comes from comments Swerve himself has made on his podcast. He hasn't bashed WWE/Triple H, but he's made it quite clear that he doesn't hold Triple H in reverence like other NXT wrestlers do

My thing was them not even getting a fair chance before they got fired. And I’m like, alright they have a chance..but OG Hit Row was carried by Swerve as the centerpiece. Without it..it’s just kinda wack. B-Fab has presence but she’s green as shit and needs a lot more training, Adonis is decent which is like like, ok I guess. But Top Dolla is awful all around.

Yeah, my issue with their firing was more thata ton of people were cut for seemingly no reason outside of the WWE can make a dollar more in revenue, while in the middle of a pandemic. Hit Row also weren't really given a chance the first time but outside of Swerve none of them were or really are ready for the main roster, but they worked as Swerve's entourage... without Swerve they're just kinda there.

They really should've just gone back to NXT. Adonis is the only decent worker of the group. Only real reason the were main roster ready first time around is because they had Swerve.

Like, I could see what they were trying to be but putting the most charismatic guy on the back burner, the guy who could probably help the group out in finding their direction, just was utterly backwards. Oh, and Too Dolla being the reason they threw the baby out with the bath water, leading to your first point. I’m not saying that chip on his shoulder’s been the reason he’s been great in AEW…but it’s helped.

Apparently Top Dolla took to Twitter calling people that don’t like their rapping haters and saying that they’ve been stamped by some of the best rappers on the game. LMAO
Scrolling though his Twitter…oh boy. lol
