How will the bloodline story conclude?

With Sami getting along with Jey now, and the rumors of KO/Sami going after the tag titles, how will the storyline end? I think Roman kicks Sami out of the bloodline after the Rumble (after Sami almost cost Roman the title by trying to protect KO/ or saving KO from a post match beat down) Sami and KO beat the Usos for the title, the Usos still have respect for Sami so they shake their hands after the match. Roman berates the Usos and then when the main event happens (Cody vs Roman), the Usos just stand by the entrance and watch Roman lose or they walk away. The Usos, KO, and Sami then celebrate with Cody

As of today if I had to predict:

Roman orders the whole group to be in the Rumble and demands that they work together so that one of them win it so that they'll basically lay down for him at Wrestlemania. They all have a good showing but eventually Sami and Jey have some kind of disagreement resulting in Sami accidentally (or not) eliminating Jey. Jey is enraged and causes Sami to get eliminated in retaliation. Cody returns late in the match and goes on to win.

On the following Smackdown they announce a main event segment with Roman addressing their failure to win the Rumble and they tease all night what Roman's going to do. Is he going to forgive them/kick out Sami/kick out Jey? He berates them all and says they're all on their final warning and we think that's that but then at the last second he turns to Sami and orders the others to deal with him. Roman just walks off as the Usos and Solo absolutely destroy Sami hopefully to some insane heat.

At EC in Montreal it's Roman v Sami. The Usos screw Sami over (or just Jey as I don't think Jimmy is allowed in Canada). There's a big beatdown after the match. Cody tries to make the save but they're still outnumbered. Eventually KO helps turn the tide. The show goes off the air with Roman and Cody brawling through the crowd while in the ring Sami and KO finally embrace each other again.

Things split off here with Roman/Cody mostly being built on Raw with Usos/Sami/KO on Smackdown. At some point though you'd think they'd do a big 6 man on TV with Cody/Sami/KO v Roman/Usos or maybe Solo in place of Roman.

On Wrestlemania night 1 the Usos lose the tag titles to Sami and KO. On Wrestlemania night 2 Roman loses the title to Cody. The Usos probably try to interfere as usual but are run off by Sami and KO.

After that I think Roman is gone for a while taking a break before eventually returning as a face and feuding with the Usos who are still heels. Solo either sides with Roman or goes...solo. Either way, I think the Bloodline as a group is essentially finished at Wrestlemania and that's when everything crumbles.

I think if they don't have Rock and Cody will be healthy, it ends at Mania.

Royal Rumble 2023: Roman beats Sheamus to retain Universal Title. Kevin Owens is eliminated from the Rumble by Sami and Jey/Jimmy eliminate Sami. Cody comes back and wins by eliminating Jey or Jimmy last. Sami getting eliminated by the Uso's starts the tension between the trio again. Stuff happens over the next few weeks that continues to give Sami pause.

Elimination Chamber 2023: Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens in Montreal main events the show. Sami defeats KO due to Roman/Solo interference, but then Roman/Solo go way overboard during the post-match beatdown. Crimson mask, threatening Kevin's wife and kids in the front row, that kind of stuff. That's enough for Sami, who goes hyper babyface and clears the ring to help his friend. Show ends with Sami and Kevin reuniting in front of a crazy Montreal crowd.

Raw after Elimination Chamber: Sami and KO face off with the Bloodline and challenge The Uso's to a tag title match at WrestleMania.

WrestleMania 39 Night 1: Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens defeat The Uso's in the first WWE Tag Team Title match to main event a WrestleMania.

WrestleMania 39 Night 2: Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes in the Night 2 main event. Roman berates Jimmy, Jey and Solo during the show. Cody is backstage when he's surprisingly met with the appearance of his brother Dustin. They share a moment before Cody hits the ring for the main event. Cody's got an answer for everything Roman throws at him and despite Solo interference, Cody beats Roman clean.

From there, I think you go into a bit of a "Bloodline explodes" feud leading to Jimmy and Jey vs. Solo and Roman at SummerSlam before you do Roman vs. Solo and Jimmy vs. Jey at Mania 40.

The longer it goes on the more it reminds me of The Authority in that it's bypassed so many natural endings that I'm fearful it'll just end up fizzling out with no definitive payoff. That's not to say the current stuff isn't compelling, but just it feels unduly extended for the sake of hitting cetain milestones.

That being said, I'm slowly coming around to wanting Sami vs Roman at 'Mania. I mean, in as much as if the continues on its current trajectory and Sami keeps knocking it out of the park as he has, I don't see how the audience isn't going to be absolutely clamouring for Sami to get the nod come Wrestlemania season.

I think it depends on where it goes from here. I think if they continue to make it clearly defined that Sami and Jey are the ones with the issue and not Sami and Roman, I think the fans would get behind Sami and KO vs. The Uso's. The story seems to be pivoting toward "KO wants his friend back" as opposed to "Sami's somehow infiltrated the Bloodline to take it down from the inside."

This title run has been built up to the degree that you can use it to instantly make your next big main event guy, and as much as I like Sami, I think Cody's better suited for the job.

The only way I can think is Usos and Roman drop the belts at Mania then go from there. I think they can still be a powerhouse stable and not have all the belts.

That's been my biggest problem with it. 

Yeah, the ending to War Games was cool... but how many times are we going to keep dragging this story out past endings that would have satisfied the narrative perfectly?  Roman's heel turn and the bloodline and all that has been great, but it's time.  It's been time. 

Don't even get me started on some of the victims of Roman's booking, either (looking at you, Drew).  That's the problem with the amount of TV the WWE produces per week, you've got to cycle through competitors for Roman's title, and you've got to rematch them so much that they're driven into the dirt.  That's why these long title runs are so exhausting to me with the WWE product. 

As for how it concludes, there's really only 4 possible scenarios to me:

1. Cody Rhodes has been the most obvious booking choice for beating Roman since he basically came back.  Throw in the massive pop he'll get upon returning, and Cody's natural WWE-style of babyface, and I think he's the odds favorite.

2. Sami is becoming a possibility, as he has the option of causing a rift within the bloodline itself.  I don't see it, though, and I see Sami and KO reuniting to take down the Uso's at mania instead. 

3. Bronn Breakker.  It's possible, just not likely.  Only way I see it is if HHH wants to make a statement about the WWE truly going in a new direction with fresh, young talent.

4. The Rock.  I can't see it because I can't see any studio agreeing to let The Rock do it.  I DO think he'll do some kind of shenanigans to nullify any cheating Roman might do, but an actual match is a hell no out of me.
