Hi there, I'm Adam, Prince of Eternia! This is my kitty, Mr. Cringerpants, the most cutest kitty in the universe! Fabulous secret powers reveal to me the day I held aloft my magic sword, and sang..
Twenty-five years and my life is still Trying to get up that great big hill of hope For a destination I realized quickly when I knew I should That the world was made up of this brotherhood of man For whatever that means
And so I cry sometimes when I'm lying in bed Just to get it all out what's in my head And I I am feeling a little peculiar And so I wake in the morning and I step outside And I take a deep breath and I get real high, and I Scream from the top of my lungs What's going on?
And I say, hey-yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah, hey-yeah-yeah I said hey, what's going on? And I say, hey-yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah, hey-yeah-yeah I said hey, what's going on?

Ram-Man was the best of the action figures. You could hold him down and push a button and he would ram people. He-Man was always afraid he would turn heel on him so needed Prince Adam and Orko to keep him in check.

Prince Adam was cooler with his purple jacket and White T-Shirt. All He-Man had was a sword. Who's he think he was Drew McIntyre?

In the DC Comics mini-series from the 80's, everyone was basically in denial. They knew that they looked kinda alike, but they're like "No way that wimp Adam can be He-Man!"

Muscle bound, tanned men in firry undies weren't exactly uncommon on Eternia. It'd be like trying to spot the actual Randy Orton in the DSW-FCW WWE developmental system. 'Alright guys, we know Randy is here, he's a tall, muscular white guy with black trunks, tattoos and is boring to watch in... The.. Ring... Damn, we've got our work cut out for us!"

He-Man I can understand people not knowing is Adam, but how many green tigers with orange stripes, that could speak were present in 1980s Eternia? Fairly easy to put 2 and 2 together... Cringer cant be the only one of his kind. He has parents, they have parents, they have family. And no one thinks its unusual that Cringer speaks so it must be a normal trait of his species. So Battle Cat is just a super powerful member of Cringers species like He Man is a super powerful Eternian. I think a bigger give away was that Adam and He Man had the same sword. T The Cringer species weren't explored till the Netflix CGI series to be fair. The biggest giveaway was an episode where Teela and Adam were transported to an uninhabited dusty moon planet by an evil sorceress. Adam disappears and He-Man shows up on said moon planet to save her from a dust storm. Bearing in mind Teela is fully aware they were transported there by magic and no one else knows where they are.

The bigger question with the 80s Masters franchise to me is...
...why did Adora/She-Ra bother with keeping her identity secret from the rest of the Great Rebellion? They're in a war with the Horde, one more dangerous than He-Man's scuffle with Skeletor let's face it. What's the point of her allies not knowing?
I heard that they didn't bother with the She-Ra identity being secret in the more recent She-Ra show to further prove that point.

When He Man brought her home Hordak followed her. Thats a reason she has to stay and help the Rebellion. It keeps Hordaks attention on them instead coming back to Eternia. If she revealed her identity to her allies someone is eventually going to slip, or be captured and forced to reveal. Then Hordak goes after her parents. And since he is coming from another planet they would have no idea whats coming.

Same way Superman disguised himself as Clark Kent. He had a wimpy unassuming demeanor that made people dismiss him. Reminds me of the SNL skit with The Rock as Clark Kent, with all of his coworkers mocking that he was obviously Superman. www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/clark-kent/2861360

To be fair, they struggled to see that Faker WASN’T He-Man. “Hey, why is He-Man suddenly working for Skeletor now. I thought he was a good guy.” “That’s not him.” “It clearly is.” “That guy’s got blue skin!”
