Ones that haven’t done so already.
I was just thinking how unlikely is Montreal would ever host one. But if they did it would finally get Rick Martel in the Hall of Fame. From what I understand Martel is not bitter, but considers the wrestling part of his life over. Still, I have a feeling WWE has never pushed hard for him to be inducted. Martel is very level headed and reasonable especially by pro wrestling standards. If they offered to induct him in Montreal, I bet he’d bite.
Also, Mexico City would be cool. With HHH running things and being more open to experimentation I bet they could even get some AAA and/or CMLL involvement.

Considering that it now has to be somewhere with a massive stadium and ideally some climate control, that rules a lot of places out.
Do Toronto and Montreal have any football stadium-sized venues? I'm not sure how big CFL stadiums are compared to their American neighbors. But even the Rogers Centre in Toronto doesn't seem like it's "big" enough for the kinds of stadiums Mania goes for lately.

When I saw the thread title, I was going to say Montreal. I'm amazed it's never been held in St Louis or Memphis, given how even in the doldrums of the entire industry in the early 90s (rather than just the WWF later in the decade), they were the only two hot cities left.

The Olympic Stadium in Quebec is big enough, and can seat 50k+ people, but it also has been a huge money sink for the city, taking them decades to pay it off. That might result in a favorable deal, though, if the city is serious about trying to justify the stadium's continued existence. Doesn't Quebec have really stifling pyro ordinances, though? I can see that being a problem, along with Quebec's general hostility to the speaking of English. Bringing Martel, the Rougeuas, etc, for some guest appearances for the show would help, but still.

When's the last time they did a 'Mania from Atlanta? If ever? 2011 in the Georgia Dome. If they go back to A-Town, it's probably going to be held at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Has there been one in San Diego? That would be a good spot. The stadium situation in San Diego probably means that city won't see a WM any time soon. Snapdragon doesn't have enough capacity and is an open air stadium, and Petco is also open air and probably doesn't have enough capacity either.

I know there’s already been a Mania there but with there being a nice new stadium, I’m surprised they haven’t booked a Wrestlemania in Las Vegas yet. Or if it’s not deemed big enough for it, then one of the other big shows.
Edit. Now I’m thinking there’s been a show there recently and I forgot.
