Dakota Kai - 2x WWE Tag Team Champion. Kinda of lost though as apart of DAMAGE CTRL.
Grade: C
Hit Row - Sorely missing Swerve who if it wasn't clear then, it is clear now that he was the star. After a few months, it doesn't seem the Hit Row act is connecting at all.
Grade: D-
Braun Strowman - Seems they are purposely keeping him out of the main event. He should be challenging for a world title, but that scene is currently clogged.
Grade: C
Dexter Lumis - Fun at the beginning, but after the Miz feud, where will it go? Does he need Indy on the roster ASAP?
Grade: B-
Karrion Kross - I know some people love him and Scarlett and some hate him. Sure he was brought in very strong, but some say he's just bland. Has he peaked already? At least Scarlett's rack has made some people happy....
Grade: C
Johhny Gargano: Hot debut in Toronto. He's been spinning his wheels a bit the last few months. Would love to see him on Smackdown going for the IC title.
Grade: C+
Candice LaRae - Just appeared out of nowhere. Didn't really have a direction. Currently injured so really unable to grade.
Grade: N/A
The Good Brothers: Honestly, seems they were just hired to keep AJ Styles happy. Have they really done anything of note? Have they even challenged the Usos yet?
Grade: D
Mia Yim: Also someone who is a little directionless as the OC female member. Not sure where it goes from here.
Grade: D
Emma: Brought back as a one off challenger. Really just hired for depth for the Smackdown division so really no problem here honestly.
Grade: C
Giovanni Vinci: Just adding to Imperium and doing his job. Nothing of note but adding depth.
Grade: C
Bray Wyatt: Started off really hot with the white rabbit stuff. Some feel the LA Knight stuff is dragging on too long and they just want him back in the ring.
Grade: B
Valhalla: We all know what's everyone's stance on this one.
Grade: F
Tegan Nox: Just only returned, time will tell.
Grade: N/A

It might help that they've mostly feuded with Judgment Day so far, but Mia's done well with this second opportunity (first real one given how little she got to do in Retribution) and the Good Brothers have been a pleasant surprise. Friday's tag title match will be a good test for Tegan, though it was appreciated that they aired a vignette for her last week for viewers not already familiar with her story. Dakota's first few weeks showed some rust but she was great in Wargames and has developed nicely upon her character work from her NXT days.

Pretty much all land around the middle because they really have not had upward momentum whether that be because everything at the top is clogged with endless bloodline stuff and have not moved into anything else.
Mia Yim would probably get the highest grade because she is already way better off than she was in her first run on the main roster.
Dakota would be there to as she is a 2 time womens tag champion even though those titles mean zip zero ziltch it is still better than where she was during her final run in NXT.

Valhalla's the only one I'd be harsh on. I've never been a fan.

Candice isn't injured, she beat Dakota Kai two weeks ago, and lost to Iyo Sky this week on RAW.

Bringing back guys like Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman and not immediately throwing them into the title picture feels like a waste of both of them. But, as you said, the title picture is already clogged and them jobbing to Roman would've just destroyed any momentum their returns have had anyways.

Good additions:
Emma, Dakota Kai, Tegan Nox, Candice LaRae, Mia Yim, Valhalla
They needed more women on the roster. Mia, Emma and Dakota are all good in the ring. Candice and Tegan are decent. Sarah Logan adds something to the heel Viking Raiders aswell.
Good decisions at the time:
Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman
When we said we wanted Wyatt back, we meant the Funhouse/Fiend Bray. Not this rambling nonsense. This storyline hasn't progressed at all since his return and now all the buzz is gone.
As for Strowman... At time I thought "Yeah he could add presence to the main event scene. Former Universial Champion"... Then he shows up in those red skinny jeans. I don't know what he's going for here but it doesn't fit his character or look at all. I'm starting to think it would be been better if Rowan returned with Strowman and Wyatt together.
Great additions:
Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Dexter Lumis
Kross and Lumis have a great look and presence about them. Kross can easily be a main eventer.
I wouldn't have brought back: Good Brothers, Hit Row, Johnny Gargano
I know they probably need more tag teams but I just couldn't care less about these two. Anderson and Gallows are so boring it's ridiculous. They make me want to change the channel. As for Hit Row... Their act is incredibly cringe.
Gargano is a good wrestler in the ring but he just lacks that special something for me. His character is basically "normal guy who can wrestle good" - That's not enough to make me care about him.

A few of them are 10/10s.
Kross is a 4/10
Sarah Logan is a 1/6

Like:
Dakota: She's great.
Hit Row: Definitely not a popular opinion but I like them (outside of the rapping).
Braun: Never thought I'd say it but I quite like how they've been using him.
Bray: I'm still intrigued.
Dislike:
Kross.
Don't know/care:
Dexter. Johnny. The Good Brothers. Mia Yim. Emma. Giovanni. Valhalla. Tegan.
Candice: I think I'll definitely become a fan but her ring work hasn't impressed me yet.

A all around
Iam going to think outside the box here and say it’s always great to see people who were fired to get their jobs back doing what they love. Everyone has something to contribute one way or another.

I think Gargano would be the hardest to grade because is an objectively good signing and he hasn't been like super jobbed out but his booking has been far below what I expected.

Good Brothers, Hit Row, and Valhalla can kick rocks. They all suck.

I'll say...
Dakota - B. Division needs more bodies and she's a good hand for that, even if what she's actually been doing hasn't been very good.
Hit Row - D. Can kind of see why they took the chance on them but it isn't working.
Braun - C. You can't say he doesn't add something but still consider him largely unnecessary at this point.
Lumis - B. He's a good one to pick up but what he's been doing has been quite bleh.
Kross - F. Dude is buttcheeks.
Scarlett - D. Never seen what she actually brings to the table if anything.
Gargano - B. He's a good addition but could kind of take or leave him, and he's not been used well at all.
Candice - C. She exists.
Good Brothers - D. Pretty much always been useless.
Emma, Tegan - Too early to really say.
Bray Wyatt - C. It was a good call to re-sign him but what he's actually been doing has been baaaaaaad and it's still not clear if he can even actually, like, wrestle at this point.
Valhalla - Super F. Going Mr. Crocker on this one.

I think Gargano would be the hardest to grade because is an objectively good signing and he hasn't been like super jobbed out but his booking has been far below what I expected. Because Gargano has behaved in such away during this Miz feud that he came off as the villain, all signs pointed to it being an elaborate con job against Miz, then they inexplicably revealed that Miz actually did what they were accusing him of, which still makes zero sense from a character perspective. He’s behaving rather heelishly and it’s just weird, I half expect them to reveal he’s planning to take the money from Dexter himself.

Haven't really been a fan of anything any of them have done when you write it out... so it's a D all around. Except for Bray and Dexter, who were debuted in fun ways before sliding into messy booking... C for those guys.

I like people getting their jobs back even if their usage has been inconsistent. Except for Sarah Logan. There's got to be someone who can do her job at least 3% better than she can.

Johhny Gargano: Hot debut in Toronto. He's been spinning his wheels a bit the last few months. Would love to see him on Smackdown going for the IC title.

The Good Brothers aren't really people I would've brought back if I was in Triple H's position, but the one thing I will say for them is at least they have something to do with the whole OC-Judgment Day feud. The big problem with a lot of these rehires is that they just seem aimless. Like, of course Gargano feels underwhelming, his feud with Theory went nowhere and now he's getting involved with The Miz which also feels like it's going nowhere.

This thread goes really well paired with this but idk if WrestleVotes is a reliable site hence no thread for it but if this holds any water.
The dissapointment stems from certain talents they brought back being underwhemling in the ring and could possibly lead to some releases if they do not improve their in ring work.
