As for the Ruby thing, this whole story started months ago. And for like 95% of it she’s been getting pinned and/or beaten up. And tonight she both lost and looked like an idiot in the process. She wanted revenge on Tay, she beat Tay. Why is this feud even still going? Wait. You are absolutely right. Why is this feud still going? What does the end look like if Ruby already beat her? Based on how they laid out the match last night, my guess is that they had Ruby beat Tay, had Anna get involved, but now by having Willow get in on Ruby's side they're using being part of a makeshift tag team to do something with Ruby's character, so keeping her in a feud with another team allows that to be furthered. Still feels odd to have Ruby get her payback on Tay and then suddenly be fighting them again, and I could end up being wrong, but going by some of her facial expressions during the match last night I'm wondering if this is going somewhere that ends up having Ruby and Willow facing one another.

I don't get it. At all. It's kind of a small horse, I mean what am I missing? Am I crazy?

I'd say 8/10.
I enjoyed the 6-man street fight and the main event with Joe vs. Wardlow.
The Acclaimed rap was funny as hell and I'm enjoying the feud with Lethal/Jarrett so far.

9/10. Fantastic episode. Not one bad match, great story advancements, hot crowd. Amazing wrestling tv can be simple sometimes!
AEW is really in a groove right now, and we got big Dynamites in Seattle and LA, a live Rampage in Portland, and Battle of the Belts all in the next fortnight. To quote an unemployed billionaire, 'that's good shit, pal!'

It really feels like a pattern with JAS stuff. There’s a logical end point of their feuds. We get there, yet then the feuds just keep going for, no good reason?

A slightly generous 10. The hot crowd, featuring wrestlers that are over and no lengthy promos all helped too.

I only watched the Trios match, and then the Acclaimed rap so I can't fairly rate it, but I very much enjoyed those bits.

hadn't watched since full gear and this felt more like the AEW of old than it has since... a very long time
