I mostly have it for DC stuff - kind of a refuge of when they removed that stuff from DC's own service - and it's still mostly pretty good on that front. Losing Infinity Train and OK KO really did a number on the Cartoon Network offerings though, pretty dire selection there at this point. Past those every once in awhile there'll be a movie I'll be in the mood for that's on there.

DC Stuff for me, and possibly some Adult Swin/South Park and Last of Us.
They really need to put AEW on HBO MAX. I am not saying this as an AEW mark, but I am willing to bet there will be more traffic for that streaming service if we have weekly Dynamite and live PPVs. Peacock is still treading because of the WWE IMO.

The Wire alone makes it worth it.

Highlighting the sheer amount of fantastic classic/foreign cinema while it's still there. That's what I've been watching in case they lock it away. You could try watching them ... other .. ways but good luck at this quality without hunting for the Blu-Rays - some of which don't have official releases.
Most of Yasujirō Ozu's work - Tokyo Story, Dragnet Girl, A Story of Floating Weeds, etc
Some of Akira Kurosawa's work - The Hidden Fortress, Seven Samurai, Rashomon, High and Low, Red Beard (No Ran unfortunately)
Germany, Year Zero and Rome, Open City by Roberto Rossellini
Some Kenji Mizoguchi - Osaka Elegy, The 47 Ronin, Ugetsu
Kwaidan
The Lone Wolf and Cub series
Charlie Chaplin's features and short films
Pygmalion
Vampyr
Good amount of RKO Pictures - Top Hat, Shall We Dance, Citizen Kane, etc
Odd Man Out
Most of Satyajit Ray's major works - The Apu Trilogy, The Music Room, The Big City
The 1965/66 Soviet adaptation of War and Peace in four parts - by far not only the best adaptation but likely the largest epical production ever put together
And so much more.

If you like classic or non US cinema HBOMax is great.
I watched some old horror short about summoning Satan on there last month. Was b/w and silent but had a tiny bit of color when Mr Scratch shows up.
Now I do split the monthly bill for HBOMax with my girl. And we were cheap and went for the plan with ads. But they got enough stuff I like that I would pay the full price.

I update my answer: nothing is left on HBO Max.
Now MAX, on the other hand...

Yellowstone, that is on Peacock IIRC,is anotehr reason lots sub to Peacock.
I got it cause it was cheap and I heard there was an upcoming BSG remake/reboot. Very little interest in modern WWE. Their back catalog is crap,I got all they have up and more sitting on my shelf across the room from me. And there is piles of footage they had on WWE 24/7 they never added to the Network or Peacock.
