I must admit that I forgot this show was tomorrow night. I'm going to try and stay up to watch it, but it may end up being something I watch on Sunday or next week. EC seems to have honestly sucked up a lot of the wrestling buzz and mindshare this week.

I didn’t even know Elimination Chamber was tomorrow too. I’m so out of the loop on WWE. I knew Zayn was getting his big match and that’s all I know about the show.

Josh Alexander has said he wants to be in The G1. It would be amazing (especially under the old format). All fresh matches and he has bangers with anyone. He’d get over there. If I was a betting man I’d wager he drops his title before then to Maclin too…so it could definitely happen if New Japan wants him to. They’ve sent Suzuki and Ishii and ELP over to lose to him…and Kushida will too at the Multiverse show…and they use him on Strong so I’d think they’d want him to. I know he’s said his dream match is Shingo. Which is also the opponent I’d most want to see him with. Make it happen Gedo. |

Aussie Open are free agents it seems, and AEW's booked them for the Revolution Battle Royale
That'd be a steal if they signed them. I'm stunned that New Japan let them go.

They haven't left, New Japan Cup is in three weeks, with the matches they have on the 8th and 10th. That's plenty of time to make appearances in other promotions.
AEW taking them whilst they are booked would throw a wrench into their plans to have a working relationship.

Yeah, I would think it'd be unlikely AEW would do something like that. There is probably some sort of agreement, since while I like Aussie Open, they definitely would not be worth causing tension over.
