Yeah, pretty much just either more dirt/legal trouble for Vince either directly or to make him make a mistake and screw himself over by being petty and impulsive, or get him declared unfit.
I'm no business or tax lawyer, but that's about the way it stands, as I understand it. He does still own the majority of the vote share after all, it's essentially still "his" company for all intents and purposes, unless there's some sort of legal intervention to change that.
If the rumours about him threatening to bankrupt the company if they tried to get him out were even half true, or anything even slightly like that were to happen, I can only imagine it would rain down legal hell on him for intentionally cratering a public company, which has obligations to its shareholders to do the exact opposite of that.
I think at this point both sides have to 4D chess this thing out and see what happens, a wrong move could be disastrous.

Realistically, none at this stage.
If he is determined to sell, either out of spite or greed or both (and I'm still not convinced he'll ever actually do it), then they may as well be on the inside with him pissing out, than on the outside while he sells with no knowledge of who he is selling too, any side deals or any involvement - thus getting pissed on.
Vince wont be the only want who wants to keep their job if he does actually sell.
