I can see Rhea vs. Charlotte being the match.
It would give Ripley some vindication when she lost to her at WM a couple years ago. She would finally best Charlotte, and cement herself as THE top heel.
Then on the Raw after Mania you have Bianca in the ring as the standard bearer face (b/c BiancaWinsLOL), and you have Rhea come down as the standard bearer heel, and they stand in the ring facing off as a historic moment.
And it would be a visual representation of the new generation having arrived.

Rhea absolutely killed it last night and was definitely the best choice to win. I think we’re in for a great build to Mania between her and Bianca. I’m really hoping Rhea is the one to take the ponytail on the way there.

I’m really hoping Rhea is the one to take the ponytail on the way there. It was notable on the re-watch how much she was bumping for everybody from Roxanne to Raquel (there was even a point where she took similar kicks from Zoey and Xia within a couple of minutes of each other and still managed to sell them in two distinct ways), and how engaged the crowd was each time she was nearly eliminated. There was also a nice subtle Edge reference after she won:
