School Official steals 1.5 million dollars of Chicken Wings

A School Official in Harvey Illinois has been accused of embezzling and stealing food from the School District she worked for.

Court Officials state that Vera Liddell, over a period of years from 2020 to last year, ordered eleven thousand cases of food, primary Chicken Wings and then took the food all for herself as the food never arrived at the schools or given to the students.

She has been arrested and put on a 150,000 bond.

Some crimes are just so stupid and audacious that you kind of just have to respect it. Like, stealing food from the school system is supremely f***ed up, but when you do it to that kind of absurd degree it's just sort of like, "I have no idea what you were trying for or how you weren't caught immediately but good job swinging for the fences, lady."

So...seems bizarre, but it seems maybe her plan was to sell the chicken restaurants and eateries for a small price. With the school board paying for everything she basically makes a 100% profit.

Oh yeah, no, not at all. My wife used to work for a daycare center where the owner, or the owner's grown child, I forget which, basically embezzled out of the state-given food budget of the center for pure profit. It's a scumbag move.

It's the 24 wing basket at BWW but you need to order just water to keep it under 1.5 million
