Has this ever happened to anybody? I had done this recently, as well as a few years ago. It had done more harm than good. I'm getting a little ahead of myself. I'll explain what I mean.
So I had (or have) a crush on a much younger woman. She is in her early-20s and even I question it. I remember a thread on this subject but then it got removed. In a nutshell, what happened was that I had an uneasy feeling about this attraction I had. I tried to ignore and suppress my feelings. However, it had led to anxiety, which then led to some depression. However, with the anxiety, it caused my adrenaline to go up. On the plus, it got me to run more.
I think another factor about my suppression is that I had kept my attraction to myself. I don't think the girl had any clue about it.
Has this ever happened to you? I know that it's not good for the mind, body, and soul.

Tricky subject. It’s very determining of the kind of person you are. I’ve found, in my life, suppressing feelings has done wonders at times. Sometimes it’s been healthy, other times not so much. If we’re talking romantically..? I don’t think so, honestly. Just..channeled, so-to-speak.

I think most people have been there. You only live once. And most people regret the things they didn’t do over what the did.
