Again, back to MK10 for a moment....There's 2 henchmen transferring the Talisman, and died in an instant. I actually felt bad in the "They didn't know" department

I do kind of feel sorry for Bebop and Rocksteady as they are both very badly treated by Shredder and Krang only they are to dumb to fully understand! and Butch in Gotham,he is no nice guy but at times he had it pretty hard espicially later seasons with what happened to him.

Gogo Yubari is obviously a very dangerous individual in Kill Bill Vol. 1, but she's still only 17 when killed. She's clearly been at this a while to have reached the status she has, which would suggest she's been exploited by adults for her ability for likely quite some time. It makes sense the Bride initially tries to persuade her to walk away without incident, even if that was also probably a prudent move, given Gogo nearly kills her.

Wormmon is always a top answer for me... luckily Ken gets redeemed later so it evens out ![](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/VFIJUMOLUfA/hqdefault.jpg)

There was a pay off sometimes, at least on two occassions Bebop and Rocksteady were responsible for fully repowering the Technodrome (seasons three and seven), which resulted in the closest Shredder and Krang ever came to conquering the Earth.

Udo Keir’s character in “End of Days”
Sorry I looked it up on imdb but he is just listed as head priest. Guess his character was not named. Been a while since I have seen the film.
Anyway the character dedicated his life and profession to help Satan taking over the world, even let the antichrist f*** his wife and daughter in a threesome. But when he failed just one task, the Devil just punched him right through the skull.

The deleted scenes of Austin Powers had some scenes where the family and friends of the henchmen he kills get the calls about their deaths.

there's an entire issue of The Invisibles that shows the entire life story of a faceless goon before he's unceremoniously killed off by Grant Morrison's author avatar.

Dario in License To Kill. One of the most brutal deaths in Bond Franchise history. It was a awful way to go, but Dario did rape and murder Delilah, so he did have it coming.

The First Order stormtroopers in the Star Wars sequel trilogy. They were child soldiers, in many cases abducted from their parents, and brainwashed and conditioned into loyalty. Only a few like Finn were able to break their programming.

Most of the Koopa Troopa's, happily going about their business, and being environmentally conscious, walking to wherever.
Then Mario comes along and crushes them by jumping on them like a bastard.
That Koopa Troopa had a family, goddammit!
