Ok, time to defend myself. First, Moxley. I'm talking more about setting an example. A lot of people flip the bird, mouth or audibly say, "f*** you." Fine, who does it every or every other week? Moxley. Now I think the dude is their MVP the past year or so but at some point, he has to be reigned in a bit. Same with his bleeding, every single damn match. I'm fine with blood and profanity when it means something, but it gets cheapened when it is done every or every other week. I'll admit firing him might be a little harsh, but I'm more thinking if I was giving him direction or a warning to not do that or save it for a big PPV spot and he just does it on his own. As far as not hiring anyone else, I stand by that with few exceptions (i.e. Ospreay). The roster is bloated. That is a valid criticism. We've seen it with multiple talents, they get signed, get put over like God, and then are in the witness protection program for weeks or months on end. I'm cautiously optimistic that ROH might help this a bit but I'm also worried that TK has overextended himself even more. There are only 24 hours in a day after all. I'm done, I'll go and not comment on AEW for a bit so as to not ruffle more feathers. What helps ROH as a whole is the taping structure, he can book a month of stories, and then the PPV, and then a month of stories again, in one day and not worry about the week to week as much, which will likely not extend him as thin as some might've thought if it sticks to that structure. It won't be a weekly live assignment like AEW is. And as for signings, like... AEW's not signed anyone huge for months. Their last few signings were Takeshita, Bandido, AR Fox, Juice Robinson, and Action Andretti, and Jarrett but he has a backstage role and a big one so he wasn't just signed to wrestle. They've yet to really sign anyone this year, but of those signings, you have three AEW sees a long term future in, Bandido and Juice likely for ROH as well in the future, so they've kinda pulled back barring they sign Jay White which would be the big one, or come to terms with Mercedes on a deal. As for Mox, I do agree he should reel it in on bleeding every week, it should be a moment, not a trope, but I don't think Mox says "F***" every other week, most times I remember him only saying it in the heat of a moment or when an audio botch happened. He certainly doesn't do it in his regular promos, so there's that.

I'm not saying fire anyone but if AEW executives kept giving Kip, Saraya, and the Ass Boys the wrong venue to show up to every single Wednesday til their contracts ran out? Yeah I'm not kicking up a fuss over something like that.

I'm not going to do the thread right. I don't want Andrade fired. I think he should be kept around as an utter jobber - no entrance, no look, no offensive moves ever - for as long as his contract can be manipulated to force him to do it. Both because he deserves it, and as a "this is how business could be done" shot across the bow to the roster. Fire Leyla Hirsch and Jay Lethal. There's nobody else on the roster I have enough of a problem with that I want to see them gone. Don't hire Effy, but do hire Avery Good and invite Effy to the contract signing. And bring in Mark Angelosetti if he's healthy enough to do it. And Chris Peaks and Louie Valle. And if Angelosetti's not healthy enough, bring Dreamgirl Ellie back, she's better than most of the women in the division. Edit: Oh yeah, fire Ogogo.
You seem to know some shit I don't know about. What's the situation with Effy and Avery Good. What are Angelosseti's health problems? I am very curious. Also I hadn't heard about this "Miro rejected an angle" OR "Andrade did backstage fights" stuff either can someone fill me in I'm so out of the loop rn.

Also I hadn't heard about this "Miro rejected an angle" OR "Andrade did backstage fights" stuff either can someone fill me in I'm so out of the loop rn. There was a report that AEW had pitched some angles to Miro that Miro rejected, with a feud to put over Hobbs being mentioned but not confirmed. Andrade started a fight with Sammy Guevara, then he or a friendly party leaked a version of the story to TMZ that made Andrade look like the good guy.

Curious how the Effy/Dasher story can be shared here without violating rules. Two men with different beliefs and one has power to control the other’s bookings…?

Yeah, I can't talk about the Avery/Effy situation on this forum without getting at least suspended.
I don't know the full details of Angelosetti's injury, but basically he hurt himself in late 2018, came back in 2019 and aggravated the injury. He didn't want to 'take it easy' and 'tone his style down' and he chose to retire. According to cagematch he came out of retirement for a one-off in 2022, so it could probably be done if he wanted to, but it's likely he moved on with his life and doesn't want to wrestle full time anymore. I think it was a hip injury and those can be really hard to make a full recovery from.
Andrade deliberately picked a fistfight with Sammy Guevara to try and get fired.
Miro doesn't want to pitch his own angles. Tony wanted Miro to do a feud with Powerhouse Hobbs and Miro refused.
And nobody asked but I'm still waiting for someone to explain how what Leyla Hirsch did to Shanna (deliberately injuring her with a shoot armbar) doesn't warrant the same treatment that Sexy Star got, being completely blackballed from all but the sleaziest indies.
I'm also quite certain that the #SpeakingOut allegations against Lethal are true. Too many character witnesses against him, too obvious that Sinclair Broadcasting's "investigation" was nothing of the sort, and also, if everyone else involved in Speaking Out had gone with Lethal's strategy of saying "I categorically deny every aspect of the allegations" once and then never acknowledging them again, there wouldn't have been a movement. Most of the guys implicated in the movement dug their own graves by arguing. There's a couple other things I could say regarding Lethal that would be against the forum rules, too.
The reason I want Peaks and Valle hired is because way before Speaking Out they were standing up for female wrestlers who'd been mistreated, and they ostracized Kobald for some really scummy and well known stuff he did. And Mike Quackenbush said they should've "had the boys' backs" and buried them for doing it. They deserve better and are better in the ring than they get credit for.

I'm done, I'll go and not comment on AEW for a bit so as to not ruffle more feathers. I agree wholeheartedly about the blading. It's done too often and often in meaningless spots with the camera right on them. Blading in AEW isn't new but ever the most ardent fans can acknowledge Mox has made it rote. The roster is bloated and I think a big part of the witness protection aspect of the booking is it feels like Dark and Elevation exist in an alternate timeline. There's rarely, if ever, mention on what happens on these shows on TV and maybe that is for good reason as the Youtube stuff feels very developmental. I would suggest trimming the roster or at minimum, send some of the main show talent to the YT shows (not unlike what they did with Ziggler and Roode for Breakerr in NXT a year ago) to help the less experienced talent learn.
