Has ANYONE come out better from a feud with Wyatt since he became the Fiend?
Probably Goldberg. Like Brock lesnar, he didn’t want to do anything wacky and just speared the dude and shrugged off all the super natural stuff I know people get so mad about Goldberg beating The Fiend. But I honestly loved that he was a character that cut right through all the spoooky clown ghost shit and just whooped dudes ass. he wasn’t in a corner screaming for his life like Rollins. Or questioning his humanity for kicking ass. I love old man Goldberg. Lol

Don't worry Brock, your feud with Omos is going to be much better received.

The payoff to their last feud was Lesnar squashing Harper in a 2-on-1 match w/Wyatt at Roadblock 2016 (the first one). I’m guessing Bray might’ve been injured around that time as his involvement in the handicap and WM32 were very limited with minimal physicality.

Good for brock lesnar and I don’t mean that in a condescending way either. Hopefully this is the start of other wrestlers saying no to the utter horseshit that bray Wyatt has become.
I really liked the 2016 Wyatt family stuff because it had a supernatural slant to it but it wasn’t completely off the wall.
I tried to give the fiend a chance but that cell match with Rollins(who it seems is still annoyed over that match) was the end for me.

Brock doesn't do the spooky shit. Even with his Undertaker matches, that whole element was toned right down.

Unfortunately most aren't in the position Brock is in where they can refuse dealing with the Bray nonsense.

Lol I'm quite fond of a similar bit in the 2021 womens Rumble when Alexa comes out and starts to transform into Evil Alexa, with all the competitors concerned...bar Rhea Ripley who is all "f*** your supernatural shit" and just straight up eliminates Alexa like nothing, causing all the lights to go back to normal. Laugh every time I see it!

Yeah, like...three minute squash of a big dude or Brock losing all credibility being involved in a Most Oreo Oreo Match where Bo Dallas makes his big return and nobody gives a crap? It's a hard choice. I'm quite fond of a similar bit in the 2021 womens Rumble when Alexa comes out and starts to transform into Evil Alexa, with all the competitors concerned...bar Rhea Ripley who is all "f*** your supernatural shit" and just straight up eliminates Alexa like nothing, causing all the lights to go back to normal. Laugh every time I see it! I loved that moment so much. The fact it didn't even lead to a 'Mania match both makes it worse in terms of booking and better as an individual moment.

Option A for Wrestlemania: "Hey Brock, you can wrestle Omos. We'll do two or three segments in the weeks leading up to mania. At mania you'll have 15 minutes including entrances. Ya'll will no sell eachother and do some giant hoss shit. For the highlight of the match we'll have some crazy power spot where you look like god-damn He-Man."
Option B for Wrestlemania: " Hey Brock, you can wrestle Bray Wyatt. You'll have 5 segments of talking to puppets while Bray laughs/gets angry. You'll have to pretend to be really scared when Bo Dallas dresses up like a dork and calls himself Uncle Howdy. It's confusing but trust us. At mania it will be 30 minutes of explosions, Bray no selling you, flashing lights, flamethrowers, eating worms, tons of random ass props and with chances to get accidental injuries. Oh, and the highlight of the match itself will be Uncle Howdy doing an Iron Lotus off the scaffolding. You will merely be an accessory to the Bray-Wyatt-Experience."
I ain't gonna blame a guy for choosing Option A every god damn time.

Bray Wyatt is essentially the WWE version of the Cody-verse, if that makes any sense. its arguably worse because he has a wider platform. You get pulled into his orbit, a bunch of melodramatic bs ensues and then when you finally get out of it everyone acts like it never happened.

I think what gets to me, reading the Fightful story fully, is that this seems to be the best option they could give Brock. Omos or Bray. Nobody knows why a Lashley rematch just happened when that felt logical, a Gunther match wasn’t on the table as something for a long time, even a match like Sheamus would have suited.
Like, the two main options for a Brock Lesnar match, a guy who still has star power and main event status, at your biggest show is a giant stiff who only has that going for him and a dude who has rarely delivered where it’s most important outside of Danielson dragging it out of him? Josh Alexander was at least in a hardcore setting when he was expected to drag a 51 year old Bully Ray to a credible main event in 2023, Bray doesn’t even have that as an out.

I mean, if you are paying Brock for Mania, you might as well ask who he wants to face. That way he might job to them or put on his work boots, like when he got to face Danielson or Styles. When he can't be arsed, its as obvious as day and night.

When he can't be arsed, its as obvious as day and night. Oh sure, but it seemed more like this was the list they gave him. If those were the two options, that’d be like if you got Hogan in 1993 and pitched him a match with either Giant Gonzales or Bastion Booger. Like, how did we get here?

and most people that have worked with him generally come out worse than they come out... >_> Has ANYONE come out better from a feud with Wyatt since he became the Fiend?
Seth Rollins.... eventually as a result of the constant booing and the clusterbomb at their HIAC match Seth turned heel and after eventually finding his footing he's been great since

At least with that you get the cool visual of Omos being F5'd and/or Suplex'd.
With Wyatt you'll just get rambling spoopy promos that don't actually lead anywhere with Brock looking bored out of his mind and ready to go back to Canada.

Unless Bray Wyatt goes through some kind of American Badass-like transformation, I don’t see these two ever wrestling each other.

Genuine question - has anyone actually come out of a Brock match in the last 10 years looking better for it? I know we're all saying good for him and all, but I think it's probably worth remembering that it's not like he usually plays ball. And this is as somebody who likes fun babyface Brock. Maybe Daniel Bryan and maybe Drew? (And that's a maybe). I have a hard time believing he actually helped Roman, tbh.
