I think Jungle Boy and Hangman are the most likely challengers. A triple threat would be a welcome change of pace actually, MJF trying to divide them is potentially more interesting than anything he's done lately.

Yeah, think the goal will be Cole winning it off of MJF. So not sure if they'll go with that at the main event of the next ppv or after. I'd say Cole if he's going to win it, Page if not.

On a purely selfish note I really hope it isn't MJF vs Cole because as much as I like Cole as a person, he does nothing for me as a wrestler and never has.
Hangman would be my vote.

I personally don't think Jungle Boy is ready yet, honestly would prefer him get a mid card title first

I know that list says Wardlow and dude is technically free..but I’ve got no interest in dude right now winning anything until he’s been properly rebuilt.
I’m gonna guess Hangman, but I think we’ll see something pointing to the next challenger next week.

I don't think it will be whoever interrupts him next week. I imagine he has a feud between now and the Long Island show in April and then he moves on to the PPV build.

I think there's a pretty good chance it'll be a triple threat between Hangman, Cole, and MJF.
I've had this vision in my head for like 3 years now of a PPV main event triple threat and it hasn't happened yet. The vision always involves some configuration of Hangman, MJF, or Cole. For a while I thought Miro (C) defending against Hangman and MJF would have been a good way to get the title onto MJF to begin with, but then Punk won the title and Miro vanished.

Jungle Boy now wouldn't be quite that interesting cause he doesn't have a chance at this point and it would make sense. IF they keep MJF champ long enough that people get REALLY annoyed by him escaping by the skin of his teeth and he would face Jungle Boy after defying Wardlow, Hangman, Moxley and Cole it would have potential for being Jungle Boy's epic victory over the annoying super heel and give him a huge popularity boost.

I’d like the symmetry of it being Hangman given the events of last year’s DON.

Originally thought they wouldn't carry the 4 Pillars thing all the way to DON but the more I think about it the more I think they might.
Cole is only just back, hasn't even had a match yet and I can't see him going for the title right off the bat, especially if he's not going to win it right now.
Hangman has the whole Elite thing going on that the crowd are going to be well into, feels like he'll be busy for a while.
Same story for Kenny.
Wardlow needs building back up and could probably do without another big loss,
Starks has already lost to MJF very recently and feels like one you revisit further down the line.
Eddie's in ROH for now.
There's loads of great candidates for the next big one on one match with MJF, and for the next champion for that matter, but it feels a PPV too soon for any of them. With the pillars and there being 3 challengers there's a load of stories you can tell in the mean time even with so long before DON.
Now I've said all that they'll probably announce the match for a Dynamite in the near future 🤣 but I think it's way more likely to be the DON Main Event now than I did when they were all in the ring Wednesday.
