Kiwi Farms: when you're so shitty the Russian government tells you to go get stuffed and an admitted mother-rapist like Chris Chan still looks better in comparison. Every video about Chris Chan: This severely mentally ill person was tortured for years by trolls and it's justified because they're racist and misogynistic but not in the cool way like the people doing it. Indeed, the sorry saga of Chris Chan and the trolls involves multiple counts of almost every type of disgusting crime imaginable from identity theft to extortion, property theft, cyberbullying and in-person bullying, catfishing, fraud (several times by several different trolls), sexual assault by proxy (of Chris themself and someone else), assault by proxy, attempted assault in-person, revenge porn, filing false police reports, and everything really short of homicide.  |

Legally speaking, the fact that most of the money is intact is at least going to help him avoid any super serious ramifications, but him pleading ignorance to this just has way too many red flags, and it wouldn't surprise me if the money was there as some kind of retirement fund under the guise if they got caught that he could always "give it back" then. Even the pleading ignorance part is probably bullshit, as his signature is on all the tax filings. Either he knew about it, or he's dumb as a box of rocks and signs off on important legal documents that account for hundreds of thousands of dollars without even looking at the contents. It really says a lot when the guy is called "The Completionist" and the most important thing he was supposed to COMPLETE, like immediately, he literally never did. |

I purposely ignore anything related to the “Chris” situation because from the very little I’ve exposed myself to of it, everybody sucks.
And I kinda wish people would just ignore it, because they’re a fan of a certain legendary franchise and I’m a bit sick of them acting like they’re a welcome member or acceptable public face of said fandom.

No, I'm not defending Chris the person in any way. Just the justification that it's cool that people tricked and harassed them for most of their life. Them being a bad person even before the rape doesn't make the trolls in the right or Chris deserving of anything from the internet except social exile. That's the thing though with any lolcow, what would really hurt them and get them to change would be to leave them alone and stop giving them the attention they feed off of. But that's not satisfying for the troll. |

I really really feel bad for his 20 year old girlfriend. That scene where he's manipulating her into crying by telling her how he isn't going to live very long. It's disgusting. He's doing that to satisfy *his* own worth by testing her love. He revels in feeling sorry for himself and getting that attention from others. I had to literally turn it off because it's flat out disgusting. |

This is definitely up there as far as awful behavior especially since it preys on sympathy and at the very least is gross incompetence, although I doubt that given how he name-drops certain groups. In any case, his YouTube career is probably over. It's taken a massive hit, that's for sure. |

While I can't claim to be neither The Completionist's biggest fan nor largest detractor, this news still sort of stings for me personally as a few years ago I lost a Grandmother to dementia.
