Her and Johnny both should have stayed in Impact forever. It's the only place they'll ever be treated like they're as over as they think they are. All 14 fans in the building love those 2.

I think Tony wanted to do more with Johnny but the fairly meh reaction to him changed plans. I remember in his 2 matches commentary seemed fairly surprised the crowd wasn't that into him. I think Taya would be received a bit better but mainly because she had been fairly visible in Impact even after Johnny left. I think she would have been fine in WWE if she was given a real chance (and Taya herself has said even when they started the Frankie Money vignettes, in talking to HHH she never felt he really had any plans for her and just signed her so AEW couldn't)

How many people even watch TNA these days? I'd never heard of her so I wouldn't have reacted live
She seems alright though, bit goofy but decent size

Oh man, I'm happy Taya is in AEW but for the love of god keep Morrison away. The dude is just so dull and uninteresting.

I have complaints about how they film because they legit get good crowds but their camera angles make it look like nobody is there, but Impact has done a great job for a bit

Impact's doing pretty well for itself. Obviously, not as big as they were at their height, but their business is sustainable and they get good crowds at their shows. They also have solid relations around the business and Scott D'Amore is very well-respected by just about everyone in the industry. The only thing I don't like about them is that, outside of a few people, their contracts tend to be pretty short-term lately. So it's hard to get invested in a number of wrestlers when you know they're probably going to be gone in a few months.

I think that was always the plan, but they've tended to offer extensions to people they want to push or impressed them. But I remember when D'Amore and Callis took over they were on Talk is Jericho and they said their idea was to give core guys 3 year deals, and every body else 6 month to 1 year deals

Jordynne Grace and Eddie Edwards seem to be lifers, even though I feel they need a change of scenery.

I dunno when Eddie Edwards' contract is up, but I'd love to see him come home to ROH in the not-too-distant future.
Jordynne Grace is awesome, but she also feels a bit like a shark in a small pond. But then with Gresham there now, I don't think she's going anywhere anytime soon.

Not to derail but I get the feeling Jordynne won't get a real shot in AEW or WWE anytime soon. Without going into all the rumor and innuendo I get the impression that she just isn't worth the headache to the bigger feds

But it was actually legit, as in what sort of viewership do they get these days as I assume it's pretty low as I never see it spoken about? I used to watch all the time up until the moment they had Samoa Joe let Kurt Angle win a ladder match and he joined whatever group it was He went from the monster tearing down thr old, boring guys in thr company, to a guy who chose not to win a title match clean so he could be the 6th member of a boring group and all the bad ass stuff he'd done for months was fake Was their version of Vince bring the higher power lol

Impact is actually really good these days, and has been for about 18 months now. Its just that there is so much good wrestling on these days that they get lost in the shuffle.
If they had been at this level pre-formation of AEW, people would be raving about them and they'd be almost every hardcore fan's favourite non-NXT promotion.

Fandango teamed up with Joe Hendry last night, and it was a rare moment for Hendry to be the straight man of a duo. Dango yelled "SUCK IT" and did crotch chops much to Hendry's confusion.

I think last time they did it was in the 100 thousands so it's nowhere bear where it was in its peak or anywhere close to the big 2. On the bright side, they've been selling out all of their tapings and ppv events
