I'm definitely pulling for Sheamus but it'd really be hard to be bothered by any of them.

I'm just glad to see the IC title defended in something besides a ladder match at Mania.

I'm just glad to see the IC title defended in something besides a ladder match at Mania. It was actually defended in non-ladder matches every year from mania 33-37. No match last year though

Sheamus. I get the appeal of wanting Gunther to pass the Honky Tonk Man record, but it’s still the longest reign by anyone since then.

GUNTHER. Sheamus as second choice. Drew can kick rocks.
I think that someone that can use the rub of beating Gunther for the title should get it instead of Sheamus who's been there forever and Drew who needs a bit of a reboot to try to catch some fire.

Drew and Sheamus as CO-Champions. This would be a sign Vince is back in control.

If Sheamus and Drew are both staying faces post-Mania then I'd go with Sheamus.
I do think there's money in turning Drew heel though, pinning Sheamus to win the title then doing a big Drew/Sheamus IC title match at MITB in London with Sheamus finally winning.
Either way, I think it's time for Gunther to drop the title at Mania, get a big victory over Brock hopefully at Summerslam then move into the world title picture.

Sheamus
GUNTHER reign has been great and you can end it on a high note. This would also set him up for a Universal title run sooner than later. GUNTHER doesn't really have to be pinned for the title reign to be successful and Sheamus winning gives him his big moment while possibly setting up Drew feud

The story kind of leads to Sheamus but Gunther’s got a lot of momentum rn. Who I think? Probably Sheamus. Who do I want to win? Gunther.

I'm just glad to see the IC title defended in something besides a ladder match at Mania. Funny thing is it's been defended in a triple threat at Mania more recently than it has a ladder match. Intercontinental title has a decent Mania attendance record the past few years, missed 38 but it's been on every show (counting 33's preshow) since 32 besides that in a non-clusterf***.

Want Sheamus to win by pinning Gunther but I think Drew pins Sheamus and chases to MITB.
The only problem with that finish is what Gunther would go on to next. I would save him and Cody for Summerslam so not sure what he does till then.

Gunther probably. Wouldn’t at all be upset about a Sheamus win. Kind of want Gunther’s eventual rub to go to someone who isn’t totally established already.
