Actors who have been in both DC and Marvel films.

So this thought occurred to me recently. What actors out there have been in movies from both DC and Marvel? I will start with a few off the top of my head. They don't have to be DCEU or MCU.

• Ryan Reynolds - Green Lantern and Deadpool.
• Michael Keaton - First two Batman movies (from Tim Burton) and Spider-Man: Homecoming.
• Chris Evans - Fantastic Four, Captain America, and The Losers (It was from Vertigo, but that was a subsidiary of DC, so it counts).
• Idris Elba - The Thor movies and The Suicide Squad

Now that I think about it, is Idris Elba the only one who had been in MCU and DCEU films? The other Marvel ones I mentioned were films from Fox. Also, with Michael Keaton, this was way before the DC Universe was a thing.

Any other examples?

Willem Defoe. He's also been in both the DCEU and the MCU now thanks to Spider-Man Far From Home.

Ben Affleck - Played both Batman and Daredevil.

Zach Levi - Shazam and Fandral in Thor The Dark World and Ragnarok. So there's our third guy who's been both MCU and DCEU.

That's all off the top of my head, I'm sure I'll add more as they come to me.

I just remembered someone. Natalie Portman was most of the Thor movies, and because I mentioned Vertigo Comics, she was also in "V for Vendetta."

Counting V for Vendetta, we have V himself, Hugo Weaving, the Red Skull.

When the Flash movie comes out, Keaton will officially join the DCEU.

Makes me wonder what will happen once everything reboots under the Gunn/Safran regime. Will we see any of Gunn's frequent collaborators in the GOTG movies show up in his future DC projects?

I think we'll likely see Bautista, he just doesn't want to play a major player due to his age, since he thinks those sorts or roles should go to younger actors. Still, I get the feeling he's going to turn up in a smaller or one-off role.

Oh and speaking of The Suicide Squad .. Taikia Waititi was in it too.. Korg in the MCU.. also in The Green Lantern

Buzzfeed has a list of 53 people who have done it. Coolio being in both Daredevil and Batman and Robin is a good one.

53 and I don’t think they’ve even caught them all.  Nathan Fillion voiced a character in the prison in Guardians of the Galaxy and played TDK in The Suicide Squad…and they don’t list him.

Djimon Hounsou starred in both Shazam and Captain Marvel, which released very close; thus giving him the weirdly notable credit of being in a Captain Marvel movie for both DC and Marvel in basically the same month.

I know it says just film .. but Lake Bell was in Wakanda Forever, and also voiced Poison Ivy in the Harley Quinn animated series.

This popped into my mind earlier. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this one. Michelle Pfeiffer was Catwoman in "Batman Returns," and she appeared in the "Ant-Man" films.
